I been a loyal customer for over 7 years never have issues until !!! charging for to replace bed headborad Ridiculos!!! new staff sucks!!! U guys gone be losing customers!!! Manager always busy to fixed my problem !! But my payment on time!!! i ask for corp office number and store manager make me feel like i was wating my time!!!! calling to complain and to see who can help me solve the problem!!!! I been paying this account for almost a year !!! just loosing the money!!!

Very bad customer service!!! General manager !!! Ist time in more than 10 years been a loyal customer!!!!!I purchased a queen size bed got my son an came out damage headboard!!! I only ask to replace and they are trying chrg me xtra crazy almost finished paying the accounts!!!!cause the stop the her ordens!!! I pay every single month never late!!!! Sorry im going someelse where can take my business seriously!!! Never return the call to apologize or to solve the problem!!!

So, I ordered a gaming PC online, they verified my income, verified my reference, and whatever else they needed too. I just moved back to the valley from San Antonio...and on top of that I'm living with family so, I don't have any utilities and also don't have any rent here, just me working and going to school full time. I told them this online and they said it'll be fine as long as I submitted a bank statement and paystub, so I did, and it checked out. My order gets processed and it arrived at the store a couple of days later. I get the call, she says all I need is to bring my ID the following day after work, so I get there to do just that after work only to be told, "oh I tried calling you." Nope didn't call me. She told me that I needed something else and asked WHY I ordered a gaming PC, pretty self explanatory, I want it to game World of Warcraft and to do school work as any other base pc in the past usually gives out due to the workload of different games. She also said I needed to have someone from my family be a co account owner? I've NEVER needed to do that before. To top it off, she tells me that everything online is different than in the store? So I ask myself, are they two separate entities or whatever because it's the same exact company. In the end, it was too much of a hassle after the online team verified my employer, my pay, my references and whatever else they needed to in order for my to get my computer. I have done business with Aaron's in the past, in store, and i have never had an issue til I came to this particular store. It rubbed me the wrong way and I don't think I'll ever go to Aaron's again, I got myself a nice gaming PC through Best Buy -- 0% interest.
