Be aware that DME supplies will never arrive on time. You are asked to pick up because even with all the money this company makes there is only one driver and one company car that delivers supplies. Do not recomend this pharmacy's DME. Very sad how the staff is so un concerned about the people of the community that they supply.

My family and I have been very pleased with the service we receive from both the Pharmacy and DME department. Every month we call for a special supply of milk for our family member and they have been the only place where they go above and beyond to get it for us. They are actually the only place in San Benito that carry that special milk so we really appreciate that with just a phone call it gets ordered. Thank you for your service ?

awesome service! Everybody is so helpful and they are always greeting me. Went by today to purchase DME supplies Older lady in register was so helpful very friendly. Great customer suervice HIGHLY recommend!!!

They’re have a very slow staff, always saying it’ll take 15mins and have you waiting over 45mins every single time.

They are always helpful and nice I never have to wait when I leave a prescription because they can always call me when it's ready. Awesome service if I ever have a question about medicine they are ready to answer any questions.

scammed my family out of hundreds of dollars for years. they made us pay MONTHLY for medications we need to LIVE that were supposed to be free for 90 days through our insurance. when we confronted them, they came up with three different stories as to why we had to pay so much, saying they didnt take an insurance company we din't even have. they are extremely rude, lack basic empathy, and greedy POSs that should be shut down for the way they scam money out of those in need.

The pharmacist himself told me I was no longer welcome here and that he would not fill any of my prescriptions since I don’t live in San Benito anymore. I moved to Brownsville after getting married last year but my parents still live here I'm here all the time. I still go to San Benito Medical Associates. So disappointed as this has been my pharmacy all my life.

The waiting at the window is way too long even after I call the medication’s in way ahead of time. They only have a sign that tells us to call for faster service when we are there for pick up. what’s the point of calling them if they still take forever it’s every time! And they’re not very friendly you can tell when they’ve had a long day ??

DME at Frys San Benito worst mistake ever, should've gone to a real DME there's no returns the policy that makes all businesses bankrupt lose clients.Some older chubby man asked for my size and he knowingly gave me the only walking cam boot they had and gave me it but I couldn't try it. I trusted him thinking I'm injured and they're here to help but he just wants to help his boss business. Another guy in the morning said no returns and he ordered me a medium so have to wait. Should've followed first instinct and amazoned it.

Wish I could give zero stars. The owner needs to re-evaluate his management. A woman named Tracy is unbelievably rude and lacks empathy. Everything from her tone to the way she cuts people off when talking. It’s so hard to believe she’s in the position she is, unless she was lying about meting a manager too. Take your business elsewhere!! They take forever anyway!
