Paid for a basic wash and no soap came out at all. My truck came out covered in water spots and looked worse than when I arrived. With no soap dispensing, I have no idea what was actually coming out with the water—something I’d be very concerned about on a newer vehicle and its paint.
None of the vacuums were working properly. After moving spots, one still didn’t work and the other vacuum hose came apart. I asked for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds.
For $10, they can keep it—but I won’t be back. Broken equipment, no soap, and poor customer service. Not worth the risk.
