Had the vehicle two weeks and the check engine light came on, very rude people, hard to work with them. They are not understanding or kind, I would not get a car here.

It's remarkable how a company blocks me from Facebook expressing the truth. They have a policy of not selling cars to out-of-state workers, not even a large car dealership does that. Gave 5000 down payment for a 2007 mustang GT. Has so many electric issues. Then they sent the repo man, and the man kept harassing me, and threatened to charge my land lord for a tow truck. This place took my car, 12000 and never replaced anything. Not even a I'm sorry, or a refund offer at all. Waste of time and moneys.btheyre crooks. Save up and go to a reputable dealership to buy a car. Don't trust them. Thieves is what they are. If I could leave negative stars it would be -10 stars. Worst experience ever. Oh and the paperwork is so messed up, had I paid attention I could have sued for fraud, and personal damages. The car looked good. And that's it. Oce I drove through a puddle of water and it shut off on me. Blew a 25 amp fuse that controls the ECU. They're evil people. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

Im not disappointed in Jerrys more than i am for having the opportunity to buy a certified used car and still chose jerrys. Two days after i bought my 2023 chevy 2500 the transmission starting slipping and giving me a reduced power. The salesman in all furnace did tell me that there was no warranty. The salesman’s also told me that I should buy extended warranty, which I did. So I can’t really blame Jerry’s for it, but my one star review comes from simply being disappointed tire process because I should’ve known better No, I’m stuck with the truck with a transmission problem, but I have to take to the shop that they’re probably not gonna be able to fix fast. Close feeling good about the new truck. I’m stuck.

Shout out to Mike!!! Easy approval in under 15min!! Help me with my down payment and was able to drive out in less the 1 hour and 30 min! This is my 3 vehicle from jerrys! Call and ask for mike he will help you out!

I’m not one to make a review but! I agree with Cindy! The lady that answers the phone is very rude and always has an attitude why work in customer service if you can’t help the customer!!! Very unprofessional

Lady that answers the phone is very rude. She also pretends to put you on hold for a manager and comes back to the phone pretending to be someone else. Very unprofessional. She also doesn't do what customers ask for and does whatever she wants. Very smug and has a lot of attitude.
