Do not know what previous comment about sales rep Ms. Madeline was about, but they were clearly the problem of the situation. Ms.Madeline helped me out today and she was the sweetest person to help me. I couldn’t have been more content with the service I received today alongside the help of the managers there. Very knowledgeable young lady and excelled at her job. Great job T-Mobile San Benito, keep doing what you’re doing.

Update: I was contacted via email by Michael Rodriguez. I explained the issue a week ago from today and there’s not been a response. Not sure why they even suggested I shoot them and email if there was going to be no response. Really shows their “appreciation“ for their customers. Save your time and go to The Ed Carey location!Disappointed w/their in store service. I went In Friday to upgrade my mothers phn. We had to wait for the system to finish processing so we were unable to upgrade my mothers Nokia that’s been giving her issues. I live 2hrs away from her, I told her what she needed to do at the store, being that I was not going to be in town anymore.Instead of being helped she was told by a young lady that she did not knw if they had the device my mother was looking for bc they were doing inventory and their system was down. My mom then Asked if she will be able to return tomorrow and the young lady responded with “I don’t know bc we have to open the safe and do inventory “ so basically telling my mother no.I called T-Mobile and spoke w/Marie who called the store in that same instance and she was told they did have the device. By then my mother had alrdy returned home walking. This store wasn’t helpful towards my mother, I don’t understand why she couldn’t get her upgrade. I do not recommend this store if you want upgrades or make purchases, they will not help your mom, dad, grandma, grandpa. They don’t have the patience and it’s very unfortunate.

Team is always helpful and friendly! me and my family are happy we made the switch from Verizon , we pay less on the new magenta plan and got great deal on iphones !!!!

Today my brother and I went to T Mobile and bought two phones Galaxy A12 two lines added with my parents and got a good deal. We love our phones and are very satisfied with T Mobile. They employees Michael and Gabriella I think was the lady name, she helped us with our phones and switching everything. Friendly and curtious. Offered us also screen protectors and covers as well put. them on the phones. Very helpful.

To anyone opening an account in this store think about it twice. I opened an account 2 mths ago. Buy one and get one free. Well I didn't get one free and got stuck with a 30.00 dlls bill. I live in Edinburg and every mth I have to drive to SB for a credit. As I am unable to go every mth Ashley was rude enough to say she is busy and help me. She didn't even try to put the manager on the phone to help me. People like them shouldn't be working in sales. Makes me want to change companies for idiots like her and Gabby who didn't do their job as they should. As we Mexicans say "no es lo mismo chingar, a que te chinguen". If I would steal a phone I would go to jail, but it's ok if they didn't give me my phone. Screw them. Btw Regional Manager if you are reading this hope you do something about this.
