Bought a car there and my husband did a lot of work to it. We were always ahead in payments up to three months ahead and when it was past due 1 day we’ll just hours late they came to pick up vehicle. Never heard of that before but oh well they can keep that crap.

i've bought 2 cars here. great customer service and my cars are running great, no issue. Looking to get a 3rd car here in the near future. Just want to add that i just bought a truck from Tejedas which will make it my 3rd vehicle and the customer service is great. The truck is running great with no issues. These people are more than willing to work with you. Will look foward to buying my 4th vehicle too.

Honestly worst dealer ever .. they were nice to provide me with a vehicle I had it one month and I had so many issues with the car I decided to put trust in them 2nd month my car wouldn’t even start , I called them they helped try to turn it on and it worked for a day or 2 literally my car isn’t turning on I haven’t had it more than 3 months. Pls do not waste your money here.
Reply to owner : Kind of hard to contact the office when the office told me to not call there again and to call a local repair facility when they’re the ones who sold me the car.

Last year in January we purchased a 2016 ford explorer from Tejedas, since day one the truck had a weird noise when we would drive it, we took it back and instead of replacing the part these people just greased it up and called it a day. My husband couldn’t afford to keep taking it back so we used the gap insurance at Tipton. It got fixed but we had to pay a deductible. After this problem we kept having multiple problems. Finally in December the truck started to leak oil and heating up.Of coarse nothing is covered by gap and will be costing us $1,600. We did call tejedas to let them know, and the owner simply said they took risks at the subastas and the truck is basically sold as is. Well we took a risk with tejedas and we are stuck paying for an overpriced truck that keeps breaking down. Just so people are aware. Unfortunately we have to deal with this. We would not recommend this place to no one.
Edit ✍️ and just to reply to this person- I guess it’s okay for us to pay the monthly bill , full coverage and a random $100 dollars every time it’s broken down. Which has been way more than 6 times all year. We just love throwing an extra $100 every time. This truck broke down way more times than my old vehicle. Make your own judgment.

Excellent service and good quality cars. I bought a 2014 Ford F150 and it has turned out very good. I have been there for 6 months and it has not failed me.
