They loaded me 5000 pounds heavy on my tandum. I had to wait the whole weekend for them to open up. When I came back to place to get weigh readjust the management was rude and disrespectful.

My office closes at 3:30. I was not aware that a delivery was pending. According to UPS Freight, its my fault that I was closed because they have until 5 PM to deliver. I had to pay an extra $200 for re delivery from San Benito to La Feria. I will inform all of my vendors not to use their services any longer. To make matters worse, my freight was damaged and now I get to fight that battle!!
