“I went to the Pharr Tx Fleetpride store and had to wait for 20 mins after I made the service parts associate that I was there and need help. He then proceeded to fall asleep again so I recorded him sleeping on the job. I had to get help from a different associate. This has been the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I have the video as proof. I made a different associate of my complaint and nothing was done.”
