Horrible service Janet attended me and was very rude. She insisted to sell me a tablet i did not want & seemed upset because i kept refusing the offer. I felt some type of threatened because of her behavior and attitude. Hope she gets moved from stores bc this is unacceptable, no work ethics whatsoever.

On Google it says they close at 9 pm, but when you arrive they have the closing time at 8 pm.We didn’t have internet and we really needed a SIM card, we decided to go to this store to buy it because it was almost 9 but we didn’t have luck.So we got stuck without internet and service ?

I was at this store trying to get the iPhone SE promo and jennifer was obviously overcharging me quoted at $200 when I had already been in multiple locations and they told me I only had to pay the first month of service! She spoke to Eric from “corporate” and he told her the cheapest I could get it at was $115 that was still more then the first month! I would appreciate a for someone to reach out to me to clear this out and see why this store is charging activation and forcing customers to accessories they don’t want.

Yo no tengo nada bueno que decir de esta tienda mi tio ya esta grande I van 3 veces que va a pagar su telefono I no lo puede pagar que xk el systema de metro esta caido le dicen que pague x la aplicacion pero el ya es una persona mayor que no sabe utilizar la aplicacion yo se que dejar este comentario Aqui no es nada positivo pero si le pasaro esto a un ser querido suyo creo que harian lo mismo.

Went in yesterday to purchase a phone case. I walked out with a case and glass protector at a GREAT price. Both the girls working were very helpful and friendly! Janet the manager was amazing! I will definitely be back to this location!

Worst customer service. There's a girl with glasses working there and refuses to wear a mask. Also, during the transaction she put her fingers on her lips and starting picking at them and proceeded to touch my phone. Mind you, she was helping a customer before me and not once did I see her sanitize her hands. This store needs better and more welcoming employees. Never coming to this location again.
