I highly recommend the Acura dealership of the Rio Grande Valley. I purchased an Acura MDX in 2016, and it has proven to be a reliable luxury vehicle that maneuvers easily. When I’ve taken it in for routine checks, Javier in the Service Dept. is courteous and demonstrates much knowledge and expertise. Once I’m looking for another vehicle, I will strongly consider purchasing another Acura.

Great Service. Went for an Oil change. I was greeted by Service Advisor Javier Melendez. He showed me where the coffee bar was He explained very well the job that was done. I would certainly go back for Service on my Acura. Thank you Mr Melendez

The dealership service department was great. They were able to identify a simple problem without doing a full diagnostics and gave me the option of doing the repair myself since it was a simple solution. Hope that’s the problem but they were very accommodating.

I recently took my vehicle to Acura of the RGV for an oil and filter change, and tire rotation. Upon my arrival, Javier promptly walked up to my vehicle, welcomed me, and documented the services needed.While reviewing the vehicle information, he noticed a safety recall that needed to be addressed. He added the recall repair to the work order. Service was completed in a timely manner. So far so good...Thanks Javier! I was shopping for a vehicle for a few months and dealership responses were less to be desired. I found Rio Grande Acura on web search. They have been fantastic from the initially email to eventually phone/text conversations. Ernesto was my contact and I can't say enough about Ernie. He genuinely made me feel that he cared on what I wanted and how could we bridge my wants and dealership needs.We correspondent for about a month and at no time was I pressured or hassled. Acura of Rio Grande made this happened and I am excited on my vehicle purchase. Thank you Ernie and staff for making this happen!

Just walking into Acura i was amazed by the luxury vehicles they have. Got to work with the best sales person and Not once was i ever pressured into anything like most salesman do. Very well equipped and most comfortable dealership i have ever been to. After being well informed on the vehicle features and specs, they worked on our deal. The sales person and the financial manager exceeded our expectations. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very highly recommend Acura. Ask for Adriana in sales. And Ruben in finance. They will make sure you get the best deal possible

Very pleased with my purchase from Acura of the RGV. Adrianna was very helpful trying to find me exactly what I was looking for. She kept in touch and quickly followed up during the process. My car was delivered to me 2 hours away as a courtesy, and the delivery person made the process so easy. Overall my car is a great vehicle I couldn’t be happier!

Good service. Great, friendly staff. I called twice in the last week but received no answer. 5 stars if they answered phones. Second time around great service, takes a while to get the job done right. I will always take my Acura here! :)

I had an amazing experience at Acura of San Juan. The customer service by Destiny was outstanding, she’s very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for in a car. I went in not expecting to drive off in a new car but I was so pleased with the service I received, and I wasn’t pressured into my purchase. I love ❤️ my new ride!

Had a great experience at Acura, service is great. Javier Melendez was my service advisor very knowledgeable. He new right away what was wrong with my. He is was very respectful, show me the waiting room where I waited for my car and would give updates. I would highly recommend Javier Melendez as ur service advisor. He is the very best at his job. Waiting area was so clean and peaceful. They offer awesome coffee, water and snacks while u wait. Oh and before I forget restroom very clean. Thank you Acura for having great customer service. Javier Melendez and Jaime Zamora are employees who are both very caring, polite, courteous, efficient, patient, thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. They both are all about the customer’s needs and comfort. They both also are all about providing the best service that the customer is entitled to. They both are an asset to the dealership as well as to the Acura brand. We appreciate them and so should Acura.

I was impressed with the service department at Acura of the Rio Grande Valley. Mr. Zamora kept us informed with every step of the process from filing the claim, ordering and receiving the part, installation and completion. I highly recommend Acura of the Rio Grande Valley Service Department.
