I want to thank store associate Mario who did his job properly and found out that my mom’s phone number and the name that came up weren’t a match, he helped us fix that mistake with her account so she wouldn’t have issues with warranties and other purchases she makes in the future, I greatly appreciate it!

Store 5922 Roberto store manager and Juan the clerk went above and beyond not only to help me purchase a new battery but they were also so pleasant and explained everything that I needed to know in detail. Autozone is very lucky to have these 2 individuals representing their brand and they are an asset to this industry. Stopped by needed some help with my license plate light gentleman by the name of Rene Trevino was super helpful. Explained what needed to be explained walked me through steps in getting my jeep going. I definitely recommend the Autozone in San Juan Texas 1611 Raul Longoria. Excellent customer service now I know where to come for any car parts.

Went to 3 different autoparts none off them could find the brake pads my eclipse came out with. Mr Juan was able to find out by doing a little bit off research that my car had the brake system from a much newer eclipse possibly a modification from previous owner. Thank you Juan for going out off your way to help me out when no one else would. Thank you autozone!!!

Called the night before my 80 year old father in law needed his battery changed there after purchasing a new one there.I was told no problem with changing it for him.He arrives the next day and he's told to go to O'Reilly auto down the street and it can be done there. POOR Customer service to say the least!

If you don't know how to speak English, don't even stop here, because you speak to them in Spanish and they respond only in English, arrogance at the end of the day for the employees.
