Talk about not wanting to do your job! WOW! I work in an oil Rig where I’m out of the State of Texas for months at a time. Cynthia heard the word “Mexico” and refused to renew my policy . Wow! no tickets, no moving violations and an 820 credit score. No worries just go to another broker they are like fish in the sea. Really a bad reflection on Fred Loya San Juan office.

Slowest service. Placed on hold for 14 minutes show up to the branch and wait 40 minutes to be seen. Ok one employee but come on management schedule more employees. As I’m waiting phones ringing off the hook. The guy was apologizing for the wait but it is ridiculous.

I asked for the recording to be played so I could hear when I gave my wrong information and since it is more than obvious, they did not show it to me. I paid insured for 5 months and my car was never insured. Obviously no refund was given. The truth is that a great fraud of service and company. He didn't recommend them at all. Really disappointed. They say one thing one day, ask for my driver license to have a copy and add me on the policy. Today I stopped by and found out they havent add me on the policy and want to charge more $70 to add me on. Really Don't think it's fair. San Juan Texas branch.
