Great place to shop. Have what you need at a reasonable price. Employees are very helpful and maintain high standards. Thank you HEB. Also, kudos to the late afternoon shift security guard. I of course love H‑E‑B, but recently this San Juan location has been slacking. It use to be so great. Employees were nice and it felt like they enjoyed their job. Now, employees seem rude and like they do not care. Even in the pharmacy, they don’t greet you or have a smile on their face and come off as rude. I hated how they were leaving carts in the parking lot corrals and when you got to the front thinking there would be carts, you had to go back to the parking lot to get a cart even( I specially felt bad for the older people). Glad they changed that back to normal after a while.

Went to heb and pufchase a bag of tortilla chips they were crispy the way I like them .but man had hard burn big time . So I tried it again sure enough heart burn again . I guess the the fryingoil that they used. Looks like a new item . Never again

Store was too cold and uncomfortable. It's understandable. A Meat department personnel was very rude. Asked him about the meat counter why it was closed and he looked at me real ugly.

The bakery area is very good and the girls who work there are very friendly and accessible with what you want them to write on the cake you have chosen.

You're expected to bag and load to the cart your own groceries (not self checkout) and make sure you hurry and move out of the way when there is an employee waiting behind you in line to buy a drink. Now we're an inconvenience to them! I'm the one always thanking them before I leave, what happened to customer service?

We were waiting for a while in line and someone was buying an extensive amount of items, which I understand but after a while you get tired of waiting for someone’s card to go through. We attempted to just grab our stuff and move to another lane but the manager stopped us and had us stay, as we were leaving, he gave us a free tub of ice cream just for waiting, we declined as we were just tired and wanted to go home but he insisted. Very nice customer service if you ask me.

I just bought some eggs and they are all frozen and cracked the dozen and half ALL …. It’s ridiculous…. And they even brought three more and they are all the same FROZEN AND CRACKED

We really enjoyed visiting this location while we were in town. The store was clean, organized, and the employees were very helpful. They had a large variety of Halloween themed baked goods. We bought a zombie cookie cake. 10/10

La tienda es excelente si le pudiera dar más de cinco estrellas se las daría porque se lo merece. de hecho es mi tienda favorita, pero lo único malo es el personal, no todos pero tube una mala experiencia con un manager que se llama Jon…Resulta que hoy fui a comprar y pues pase al cajero donde uno solo se cobra y pues desafortunadamente para mí en los productos que compré, uno de ellos se cobró doble, y pues cuando chequee el recibo me di cuenta a todo eso ya había pasado una hora cuando regrese hacer el reclamo entonces le pregunto a la chica que estaba encargada de esas cajas quién podía solucionar el problema y ella fue muy linda me atendió amablemente y llamo al sr Jon y el me resolvió el problema pero con una cara que ni el solo se aguanta creo yo porque me alzó la voz bien feo y me dijo que para la próxima no dejará pasar mucho tiempo y pues yo le dije que no me hablara bien feo y cuando me reembolsó el dinero y me lo dio en la mano me lo dio bruscamente y así noté yo que andaba super enojado, y no se que problemas traiga el pero no tuvo porqué hablarme casi gritando porque yo en ningún momento le falté al respeto, y entonces le pregunté como se llama usted sr y ya me enseñó el gáfete que trae su nombre pero bien prepotente como quien dice yo soy el encargado, y a mi nadie me puede decir nada, entonces yo le pregunté a la chica que donde estaba el superior a él porque yo quería dar mi queja para que este tipo no se salga con la suya y siga de grosero con más personas en el futuro, el como manager tiene que dar el ejemplo y ser amable con todas las personas que vamos a comprar ahí porque gracias a ello es que el tiene su puesto, y también le dije a este tipo que mañana voy a ir en persona para dar mi queja con una persona superior a el; de hecho dos chavos que trabajan ahí me dijeron que tenía que hablar con Alberto o Grays y la compra la hice a las 9:19 pm y el reclamo fue como a las 10:19 pm 12-16-22
