Don't bother with their cable. They just lost (because Spectrum-Charter is too cheap) Freeform & Nat Geo Wild, FXM plus 5 other Disney brands. They weren't good to begin, frankly. Now, they just suck.

How difficult can it be to contact or find the location of this store? Extremely, as it seems. Not only is it next to impossible to contact any staff in this store without having to jump through hoops with an automated response call option, the address listed on the store in question is in the center of the highway. I know I said I don’t want AI to take over but at this point the complete negligence of responsibility of the management of this property makes me second guess if it’s a bad idea or not. Oh, by the way there’s a better description on one of the reviews if you still need to find it. Because that’s exactly where you were looking for that information, right?

At first the young lady who attended me wasn’t very friendly just seem kinda bothered. I think she was new but thankful who appeared as her trainer stepped in & really helped me. I was then attended by Leroy to resolve our issue & he was kind, helpful & knowledgeable! So all in all 4Stars! Would definetely return!

Located behind the Exxon El Tigre Food Stores. Use that entrance off the frontage road to access Spectrum store.The folks here were able to assist with my account in a timely and reasonable manner.While not required, they do accept reservations; otherwise, it’s first come, first served in the store.

I had an appt at 10:20 this morning. Google maps has this location in the middle of a field. I tried circling the area for 30 mins. Tried another 15 mins to locate a store phone #...I could only get a 1-888-####. Frustrated and just returned home. Maybe provide a phone # for brick and mortar stores.I couldn't even notify them to reschedule. ?

Nice interior compared to other spectrum stores. No wait and gentleman at the counter processed my request in minutes and I was out the door.

Took too long with a single customer. They need more representatives to cut the load off the few that are helping guests! Waited an hour for what took 5 minutes to take care of!!!

Very rude. No manger on site. Didn't even care talk about anything. The lady that talked to me and my only cared about herself. She teated me like I was a nobody. If I could give them no Stars I would.

Pathetic company. They don't have store numbers listed. Power is out at multiple places. Their billing system is messed up so I Always have to go in to make my payments. I've had to travel to 4 stores from Weslaco to McAllen to find out they are closed. Having a phone number for each store is needed. Now I'm told to go to Harlingen. Sure thing. Waste $25 I. Gas to pay a bill in another city because y'alls system doesn't allow me to pay over the phone or on the site.
