Jacob was very helpful, professional and friendly. He explained the difference in storage room size, helping me decide and it turned out to be the perfect size for what I needed. There was a system glitch the following day that sent me a new contract by email, when I called the location and spoke with Jacob, he said he would look into the issue and call me back by the end of the day, but it took him less than 5 minutes to call me back explained the issue and put my mind at ease, now that's excellent customer service.
