I stopped at this Stripes location to pump gas and was disappointed to find that the payment system at the pump wasn’t working. I tried another pump, but it was also down, so I had to go inside to pay. Honestly, I can’t remember the last time the pay-at-the-pump feature worked at this station.
When I mentioned my frustration to the clerk, they said they’ve reported the issue to Stripes upper management multiple times, but nothing has been done.
Stripes, you can do better. As a large, well-known gas station chain, maintaining working payment systems should be a basic standard. This reflects poorly on your brand and on the customer experience.

They charged me more than the special prize they had on the beer and couldn't refund me because they said i needed to show my app. But the same sign didn't say you needed the app. They couldn't refund me my money. Good thing is I will never come back to this store. Before you pay look at the price they charge you first.

If I could leave point 5 star I would. Do yourself a favor and do not buy coffee/ hot chocolate drinks (self pour drinks) you will definitely find 🪳 roaches in it.

This is the worst Stripes in the chain. Has machines do not work. You have to go pay inside and wait for inexperienced cashiers and then they force you to pump plus fuel because the regular is not available. Pfft

I stopped here at 2am to put gas. I was doing a favor and giving someone a ride. I entered the store and wasn’t acknowledged. I waited at register while the “associate” was counting tobacco. With his back towards me he says something like that he doesn’t have a box or is registers not open. He said he had to count the tobacco first so I said okay I will wait. He said he wasn’t going to open. I asked why of course. He couldn’t give me an answer. He was beyond rude I was waiting for someone to get out of the bathroom and he asked me to wait outside. So basically I got kicked out of this stripes by an “associate” who was having a bad day or something idk. I said I will wait inside and he said he was calling the cops. For what? Idk I’m not breaking any laws by entering a public store that is unlocked and opened for business. I’m going back to take his photo and I will share it on here. He didn’t want to give me his name either. He’s very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working with the public, small children or animals.

This place tends to run hot and cold. The clerks tend to be transient in nature. If you get a good one, don't hang your hat; as he/she will be gone soon. Milk is cheapest, compared to others on the Hwy 83 strip currently. Lines move fast, (unless you get some grunt from Iowa, who has to kick off their shoes to count past ten. ? LOL). Madge \\u0026 I think it's okay ?.

Every time I go here lately it is always locked and there is a sign posted “back in 5 minutes”. I have waited those “5 minutes” but like many others I am on a schedule and don’t have the time to wait. Honestly this is becoming an issue. I do, on the other hand, think there should be another person there in the early mornings to help with the customer service.
