Not a very professional pharmacy staff. Store ID 13962. My provider sent prescription to this location after a few days , I had to call and was told that there were no refills available till after 2 pm that day and that they will call me as soon as it was ready. I had to call them because they never did. Then they tell me that my insurance is not covering the meds. The thing about it is that I have been using a coupon for the refills. So they tell me again that they’ll call me. A day or two pass I call wall greens and now they tell me that there is a glitch in the system and that they are opening a ticket to get resolved. No updates , No up dates , I keep calling them and this other time they need my PAs approval so I called my PA and she was like” this is a refill you have been on it for a month. So today was the final two calls I made. This time , I was transferred to a Josue and he told me the glitch story again and that he was going to call them right then. I told him can O call you back in 30 minutes but he insisted that he would call me back in 20. We’ll 1 hour later I have to call back this time placed in a longer hold. When he comes back. The story now was that the diagnose was not accepted so refill is rejected. I’ll add again they had no trouble at the previous location. So I fat a call from them that the ball now is at my PAs desk again.I will change my pharmacy for sure. And will share my experience with others if given the chance.
