“I normally don’t do online reviews but have to make a callout for the folks at DeMontrond on this. I bought a new Thor class C rv earlier this year from DeMontrond Tx City and have had it in for service a few times for oil changes and a few warranty items. This week we picked it up and the onan gen wouldn’t stay on. We have a 3000 mile trip to the dakotas and they squeezed us in to replace the faulty fuel pump so we could get on the road. Special call out to Erwin, Bubba and Kimberly! Caring folks and great customer focus. Thank you!!!!”

I was given a reasonable price and a four day time. Also they provided a loaner car with no extra charge. It was finished on time and I was very pleased with the work. “Only reason to give 4 stars is bc there was no available loaner car so I had to spend $ renting a vehicle. And why it takes 2 1/2 days to do a health check makes no sense to me. Otherwise the service guys were really nice and my check engine light is now off.”
