Very Unprofessional, could not access my storage unit called the manager and was told to give two hours. My U-Haul was due at 1 gave the manager about 2 hours and called him back. He answered and told us he’d be longer. We asked for a refund and got hung up on and have not gotten ahold of him since. Taking it to small claims court because that was very unprofessional and he was not respectful at all. 0/10 do not recommend this unsupervised storage unit.

I've been renting storage for almost five years. Never have had any issues. Very satisfied with their storage security and office staff friendly.

A family emergency had arisen, I paid ahead for a storage unit I didn't end up needing and they easily refunded my money. Alternatively I used the pak-mail service they provided to send belongings from Texas to Seattle. My belongings arrived on time and were packed so well that I could hardly remove them from their packaging. Great job by all the staff, super friendly and helpful!!! Thanks ya'll

I would put zero stars if it allowed it. This company does not take care of their units. I have a unit and they are covered in mouse/rat droppings and bugs all inside and outside of the units. The ceiling is torn and the insulation is falling because the rodents are using it for their nests. The ceiling is so ruined that during the storms it leaked and all of the insulation had fallen in several units. They repaired it after the many, many days of storms but it should have been done long before. I would never recommend this company to store your things, they will be covered with rodent droppings and rain water. DO NOT use this company!

The prices r competitive and it looks pretty clean but my friend had a unit here and he didn't feel like hus stuff was very secure because of the location, I went 2 ask the manager a question about prices and they were very rude so I just left without asking my question.
