I'd like to know where to go to apply for a job at this store. It seems you don't have to know anything in order to work here. I bought an item that was to have money off using your rewards account which I entered my phone number to apply the discount. When I paid and seen that it did not apply the promotion, I asked the associate why it didn't apply the discount and he just threw up his hands and said I don't know. I said well who knows so I can have the promotion that is stated on your signage near the item. Still he didn't know, and we walked over and looked at the promotion and still he did not know. So I said who would know and he said manager tomorrow. Poor customer service I tell you. So can I work here too! If you do not have to know anything and give poor customer service? Seems the way these days. Awful!!!!

The only time I have experienced satisfactory service was when the young gentleman wearing the brown lanyard was working. Unfortunately, every other interaction with the staff has been dismissive or rude. Notably, on my visits, he consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic by cleaning up after the previous shifts, a responsibility that should be fulfilled before the next shift commences. Having worked in gas stations myself, I can attest that this task was never my responsibility. He always appeared fatigued. On one occasion, I overheard him mention that upon returning from his days off, he would find that no tasks had been completed. I had mentioned to him about seeing German roaches around the roller grill and he informed me that there was already a note of it for upper management, but it hadn't been handled yet. The bathrooms also seem to never be open due to some sort of plumbing issue that is never rectified.

I got a couple coffees and they were disgusting. The Chai tea latte was like sludge and the coffee tasted like mold. I had to just dump them out. :(

I was a victim of racism and mistreatment in the store. Just because I'm Latino, they need to change the staff if they are not willing to deal with all types of customers.

Horrible workers! They absolutely REFUSE to answer the store phone! Correction, they pick it up and just hang it up immediately! They're very rude and hate and downright refuse to answer any type of questions you may have about any products! Horrible excuse for customer service!!!!!

I went in the store got what I wanted and went to register and this guy is on the phone cussing and talking about people that work on the store and the owners. I stood there for a good 3 minutes before he help me. Then didn't give me a chance to get my rewards he put his own phone number. This is not the first time he has done this. Then homeless people in and all around the store. He seems to not care about his job or for the customers. I won't go in that store unless I see the owners or Sonia on the store. That is not a safe place for a women to be at in the night time especially when that guy is there. I don't normal leave reviews like this buy this is to much.
