THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! What a joke. Took 7 calls and 3weeks to generate a loan payoff. Spoke to 3 aupervisors. They held 21k payoff funds and delayed title transfer for 21days. NEVER AGAIN

Horrible company. Financed my vehicle thru them and keep getting letters saying I need to add insurance which I’ve had the entire time so I send private messages thru the app and they have me a number I’ve tried now or 2 weeks 47 times. Nobody ever answers and no call back. Sent more secured messages that took 3 days to get a reply and gave me the same number even though I explained in the message nobody was contacting me back nor answered that number. Unprofessional and apparently not capable of doing their own job.

They need to upgrade the ATM to receive deposits and withdraws. So we don’t have to drive all the way across town, when the high school one is so close to everyone on the out skirts of town.

Have a car loan with this organization. Terrible customer service. Wait times to talk with representative over 40 minutes. Do not do business with this credit union if you are looking for decent customer service and value your time.

my car loan is with A+ but I have some questions and have been trying to get thru on the phone. I am on hold for 30 mins or longer each time I call. I eventually just hang uptoday was third try and no luck. last 3 weeks I been trying to get a hold of someone. calls have been different days and same result each time

Customer service needs work, badly. They will eventually help you, but there is so much they could do better to make a pleasant, fast, secure call. Call USAA and see what I mean.

This A+ should have a new updated ATM to service members 24/7. A common ATM were you can make deposit would not only be great but what I expect as a member. It's a school and the hours are bad and closed in summer so should have a ATM that does the job. I mean it's the closet A+ south of Austin .

This institution is so terrible. Customer service is trash. I've never once in my life been thrown around so much. Nor have I ever had my money held hostage. Worst experience ever. Seriously. Would necer recommend them to anyone. Period.

I love Nikki Vincent from A+ Federal Credit Union. She gave me so much information to really think about my existing bank. I had no idea how much more beneficial it is to use a credit union vs a traditional bank.
