I have had such a bad moving experience with Atlas Van Lines, Imlach Movers, and Ace Relocation Services that I really regret using them for my move.
Days after a very tiring cross-state move, the driver simply texted that delivery would occur the following morning at 8am. With less than 24-hours notice from the driver, I ended up arriving alone to a remote storage unit, where I repeatedly felt rushed and very uncomfortable with the delivery. The four-person crew quickly packed and stacked items in the darkened storage unit, despite my repeated requests to fully inspect things in daylight. Some furniture appears to have been placed without protection from scratches, dents and moisture, even directly on the concrete slab. The crew moved so quickly with so many items that I was basically reduced to just checking off their item numbers. My complaints were met with mocking and aggressive behaviors, including a threat to leave. Once, the driver forced the crew to take a break, but then the process started all over again. I now wish I'd recorded everything from the moment Atlas Van Lines, Imlach Movers, and Ace Relocation Services arrived, to have a video record of the movers' words and tone, their gestures, and the overall rushed and unfriendly experience.
I expected my move would be done with delivery, but troubles and frustration continue more than two months later. The claims process been very tiring and frustrating. I have communicated with multiple representatives and their supervisors at the companies, yet my time spent on calls and emails to Atlas and Ace hasn’t helped. Ace and Atlas advised filing a claim for damages but then also said they'll only accept a single, once-and-for-all claim. How could I possibly know the extent of all damages before being able to inspect everything? I still haven’t seen all my possessions. When I have offered to meet at the storage unit and finally inspect everything, they have simply refused and offered no productive steps forward for inspection. It has been extremely frustrating trying to work with them.
Instead of being able to get on with life, I’m having to spend time communicating with attorneys and hoping I'll eventually get fair treatment from Atlas and Ace. This isn’t what I needed from my move. I seriously regret my choice of Atlas Van Lines and Ace Relocation Services and will never make that choice again.

Ace Relocation did a great job with our move from Austin to Miami. Eric Kronebusch quoted our job right away and stayed in touch with us from beginning to end. I strongly recommend Ace Relocation.

They are the most expensive movers I have ever moved with. I was quoted 4K to move 4 items with no rush in actually delivering... out of the 4 things, a full size bed and a TV... the other 2 things were small. The person I spoke to was rude, he assumed everyone bills the same...they do not, some have a flat fee, some charge by weight, ect. Other companies are better.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Roger, Edward, and Erica during my move, and I can’t speak highly enough of their service. From start to finish, they were nothing short of outstanding—professional, fast, and incredibly efficient.
They took the time to listen to all my concerns and ensured that everything was handled with the utmost care. It’s rare to find a team that combines such skill with genuine customer focus.
If you’re looking for a moving crew that goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend this team. I only wish they could assist with my unpacking too!

WOW! 11/10 experience. I moved from Texas to Chicago on a super tight schedule and Eric and the team at Ace Relocation absolutely crushed it. They were on time, incredibly organized, and efficient from start to finish. All of my items were packed with care.
The entire team from the drivers to the packers to the unloaders was incredible. Professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. Eric and his family run an amazing business that made my long distance move completely stress free and honestly enjoyable (which I didn’t think was possible during a move).
Communication was clear and consistent the whole way through and everything went smoother than I ever expected.
Highly recommend. Eric, you’re a rockstar!

This review and rating is largely in response to Ace's deceptive quoting and billing practices, as they over billed me for multiple services and items that were either not agreed to or simply never performed by their movers. BE VERY CAREFUL TO COUNT EVERY SINGLE BOX THEY USE AND MOVE, AS THEY WILL EXAGGERATE & LIE. By having different individuals quote, move, and bill you in the end, there is a complete lack of accountability on their movers on what you will actually be charged. Their movers blatantly lied on the billing form claiming their movers packed and moved significantly more than they actually did, and Ace's management refused to acknowledge the clear discrepancies to the original inventory and quote. They went as far as to MARK MY OWN PACKED BOXES AS THEIRS, INFLATING CHARGES for boxes, packing, and moving - all tactics to inflate final charges over the original quote. When highlighted, even after being initially recognized as being inconsistent with my belongings in the quote, THEY WILL THREATEN LITIGATION and collections to create fear rather than providing clarity on incorrect charges after repeated requests - an insane way to handle a valid customer dispute. They will end up wasting so much of your time with non-responses to reconciliation, that you will eventually give up - even after providing clear evidence to their incorrect charges. The initial experience with this company was positive, but I would never recommend them given how terrible the back-end was. DON'T TRUST ANY QUOTE YOU GET FROM THEM - I promise you, they will find every way to deceptively inflate charges on moving day and never tell you about it until weeks later.

We have used this company several times, Eric Kronebusch is always professional, and providing me the correct information, getting my quote in a timely manner and setting all expectations. The crew that I have used several times is always professional and courteous, Ulisses and his team does an outstanding job, I highly recommend. Natasha called and followed up with us several times to make sure we were being taken care of!!! Great team!!

I’ve had a very bad experience moving my stuff from Arkansas to Texas. There were 3 people. Main person have hired other 2 local people to help with moving. Many of the items were missing from our stuff. We lost 2 laptops, PS4, brand new MK, DKNY, Katespade bags everything accounting to almost ~2500$. We had PS4 placed in a box, when we received it at the destination, we found empty box with both the console and joysticks are missing, but the box is intact. Both my personal laptops are missing which contained very important data and documents. They couldn’t even track it. We had other used MK sling bags and backpacks but only the brand new ones are missing. What happened between source and destination always remained a mystery. Had I chosen other relocation agencies, it would’ve costed me much less compared to what I’ve lost. I’ve had very bad and disappointing experience with this agency and would never choose and would never suggest to anyone.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR ITEMS AND TAKE A PICTURE OF EVERYTHING BEFORE MOVING THE ITEMS. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Had a really great experience with the Ace team! Worked with Eric and Christian and our move from Texas to California was pretty much seamless. Danny (driver) and his crew loaded our stuff in Texas and Al (driver) and his crew unloaded in California. Our stuff arrived on the first day of the spread (amazing!) and we greatly appreciated all of the communication we received from the entire team. All of our items arrived in great condition. Would definitely recommend Ace if you're having to make a long move!

The move went absolutely perfect. They start with a video call of the place to get you an estimate... no cataloging your residence by hand, or having to schedule an in-person meeting. Once booked, the sales person then hands it over to a logistics manager who is your primary point of contact after that. Everyone showed up on time and the movers were super friendly. No money is paid until a few days before DELIVERY. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a non-binding agreement... meaning the actual cost could go up-down depending on what they actually pack and move. In our case, they over-estimated on weight and we packed everything ourselves, so the final invoice was about $1k lower than originally estimated! If you want to keep costs down, do everything yourselves in advance and don't ask them to wrap/pack anything extra the day-of. *Note: furniture packing and disassembly was all included, so it's just non-standard fragile items (like mirrors, TVs, etc) that weren't on the original invoice. Everything was great and I would absolutely use them again.
