I had such a good experience shopping at Aldo thanks to Skyler! She was super helpful and made it really easy to find the right pair of shoes. She was very patient and you can tell she knows her stuff. I usually have a hard time picking out shoes that I can wear for different occasions, but her recommendations were spot on! Great job, Skyler! Keep up the great work!!!

The bottom of the shoes are dirty. like all of them.. they didn’t give me a pair that were clean at checkout.. And the two girls working today, around 1pm didn’t ask me or my mom if we were doing okay. We kept asking for sizes but i had to keep going up to the counter, yet two other white women were also shopping, and the employees were happily helping them. Definitely not trying to make this a race issue, but they made it pretty obvious they didn’t want to help us (mexicans) as much as they did the other people. Disappointed. 6/7/25.

Skyler was so disrespectful. I walked in, and was inside the store for 5 minutes before she acknowledged me. Then comes up to me as I’m trying shoes on and is being so snarky telling me I can’t grab the boxes because they have to be in a specific order. Mind you, I worked retail and put stuff back where I grabbed it from. Then she keeps making the same comment, telling me to not grab the boxes, and I tell her I’ve been helping myself for 5 minutes as she never acknowledges me. Then she tells me “well I’m sorry, my management came in to ask about raccoons” , this was after I had already been inside the store. Then she checks me out with my purchase and straight up skips over my email! I ask her “you’re not gonna ask for my email?” Then she finally goes back to that screen to ask for it. Extremely rude. Management needs to have a convo with her about how she treats customers and to make sure to acknowledge them.

We just stopped by at 8pm to buy some shoes and the store was closed and im pretty sure someone was in there and I also tried calling the store and nobody responded.

Pathetic and worse, Customer service I have ever been given from the store and I spend thousands of dollars here. I ordered a pair of shoes online never wore them except to try them on, of course. Clearly, you can tell that they have not been walked on, and he would not except it back because it had a slight black mark that could easily been rubbed off with the wipe. Should have got his name but don’t see a lot of men in this store, tall Caucasian guy with brown hair that was the manager doing returns on August 20th around 330 pm. Never in my life will I step foot in the store again believe the reviews that you see they are correct.

I purchased sandals here and wore them less than 10 times and they started to fall apart, I tried to return them as they were clearly defective. They would not return them or provide me any type of refund. Customer service was terrible. Do not shop at this store.

The manager repeatedly retrieved sizes for customers that came in after me. I asked if someone was checking on my size and he/she/they replied with "we're helping who we prefer to help first".

Horrible customer service!!! I misplaced my receipt and went into the store to ask for an exchange. They said without receipt I couldn't do anything that it was store policy. I asked is there ANY WAY I can get a receipt. Store manager said "no" turns out that's a lie. If you call ALDO customer service 888-818-2536 they can help with searching your receipt so you can make the return or exchange. The manager just kept repeating himself when I asked who can I escalate it to, or when I asked if they can look through transactions since it had only been 5 days. He said no. Simply no no no. Don't you want the customer to be happy and return to purchase more? Maybe not the manager but the owner does. So maybe train personnel better and letting them know how they can help customers. Unless the manager just didn't want to help at all. Not once did I disrespect him not raised my voice. Now I'll be able to return my heels forget an exchange.
