Very clean, though I was there for about 30-40 minutes and none of the workers offered me any help.
Luckily I didn’t need it but it still would’ve been nice.

Lots of running and sports sneakers available including some wild and colorful designs. Great prices here on clearance and also on the regular display shelves. My wife got a pair of new running shoes. The staff is friendly and they don't hound you as you shop and try on shoes. They also sell t-shirts, socks, and other merchandise.
While the store is nice, driving into San Marcos Premium Outlets can be a bit frustrating. We came on a Saturday and between traffic here and Tanger Outlets, it was insane trying to find parking.

Drove over 20 miles to return a pair of shoes I purchased from online. The associate told me that they weren’t taking online returns because the store is having their inventory in about a week.
I have worked in retail for over 20 years and have never heard of such nonsense. I will never buy from your brand again. You clearly don’t know customer service and how to take care of your customers.

Nick the absolute best. I've been in a number of times over the last few years and done everything from sale combos to weird multi-step exchanges and returns. I've bought stuff for both myself and my wife while needing to consider pronation and stability issues and odd sizing. Somehow I've almost always managed to deal with Nick and he has always been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding.

My favorite shoes for exercising, super thin, they last a long time and help reduce the pain in your heels. Their prices are very good. I bought an exercise shirt, three pairs of super good socks and some tennis shoes for $56 dollars!!
