Morgan went above & beyond to not only work with us to replace 1 phone for my daughter, but I ended up getting a new one for myself & once back in that area, I’ll be grabbing another for my son.
Knowledgeable & looks for ways to make what’s available via plans/equipment fit your budget.
Make sure to ask for Morgan when visiting the AT&T store in San Marcos.

I went to the store yesterday to make a payment Morgan m took my payment but put it under a different account I'm still with no phone service she couldn't fix it so I'm going back tomorrow to see what you can do. She told me she had to talk to the upper manager to fix the problem I hope that's the case. I don't think it was her fault but she had multiple customers and she was the only one they are present. I will say she needs more help to assist customers.

Morgan was so nice and considerate manager. She worked very hard and very diligent on anybody who walked in, and she was excellent all over on customer service. She helped me with all the process to get my new phone and switch to AT&T carrier. I’ll keep going back to this location.

I believe the gentleman that helped me was Johnathan I think , he wore glasses. Anyway this gentleman helped me with my purchase and was very professional and helpful . I'm loving my new phone .

Lost my phone. Was able to purchase a new one at an amazing promo deal. Later I found my iPhone and came back in and was able to completely connect and sync everything.

Great store at Springtown Mall San Marcos. I had to get a new phone and transfer data. Both staff were helpful and got what I needed quickly and data transferred smoothly.

Paul was a outstanding and considerate sales rep recommended the best phone, and also recommended all the stuff that I would need for the family. He also informed me that the new iPhones don't come with a charger which I did not know any recommended me the best charger to fit the phone definitely would be going back to that location. He worked very hard and very diligent on anybody who walked in he was a knowledgeable and welcoming, and Excellent all over on customer service. He was an outstanding and an amazing sales rep and I will keep going back to that location. Anytime I need to.
