This was our first interaction with AT&T as new customers. We have never been treated so poorly. Jaycee and Cameron either despise their job or dealing with customers. It was inferred that we were lying all over a simple request for a SIM card as a result of an error on the company’s part. After multiple calls, we were hung up on and my college son made two trips just to be berated. Called 611 who fixed the issue immediately. I’d like the mgr to pull the recorded calls from 1/29 and 1/30 and apologize for his employee's reprehensible treatment of customers.

Joseph was very helpful. Even though I came unsure of exactly what I needed and very unprepared, he was able to give me the steps I needed to take and made the experience very smooth and easy.

I came in very upset that my brand new phone screen was cracked. Jaycee was so friendly and comforting and was immediately able to identify that it was my phone screen protector, not my phone screen itself, that was cracked. She resolved this extremely stressful issue in less than five minutes and was so easy to work with! Five stars for her

EXCELLENT service!! I worked with Cole and he made it his life’s mission to make sure I was comfortable with our port in. Very quick, very polite, and we WILL be coming back! Definitely recommend this AT&T store!

Worst AT&T store I’ve ever been to. The salesman straight up lied to me about what I was signing up with, and put on services I didn’t for. Only go to this AT&T store if you want a bill that’s higher than usual.

Rude staff, we were waiting and finally got someone and then she immediately left to assist someone else instead of helping us. The attitude from the girl was unnecessary.

I was very disappointed with my experience today. According to their "training" they were not able to walk me through the (necessary) process of adding an authorized user to the account, which was entirely unhelpful. They are also unable to look up purchases older than 2 weeks which just seems unreasonable. Not sure if the problem is rooted in the store or just at&t policies.... either way this has been an irritating experience.

I was at the San Marcos AT&T store yesterday and received flawless customer service from Miguel. I never look forward to purchasing a new phone and getting it set up, but Miguel made the process completely painless. He's super patient and knowledgeable. He was the only employee that day and he did a great job taking care of everyone. Thank you, Miguel! I really appreciate the time you spent getting me set up.

Let me just say I will continue on coming to this store rather then the other ones. The setting there was amazing right away with everyone saying “hello” and Miguel was excellent no only did he help me pre order the new iPhone 14 pro max but he was polite and patient with assisting me on a activiting the store app, my HBO account and even informing me that AT&T gives discounts out to students. If anyone is coming to this location I recommend Miguel he’ll get you right.-Hector
