Colton was a very pleasurable experience at the end of my day. He was so personable, and his attention to detail while holding very entertaining and varied conversations throughout the customer service experience made the time fly. He completed my phone transfer without any issues and I was truly amazed at his skill set and awesome customer support, he is indeed the cream of your crop!!! Very pleased to be returning to AT&T because of Colton's business acumen. I am considering applying for a position at that location because I love working with folks who know their stuff!!

We came here on Sunday to deal with a phone that was not in AT&T's system, and I could not get it unlocked. We were canceling with AT&T and porting numbers out, and still had a wonderful experience with Nef(spelling?). He could have easily brushed us off as we were no longer customers, but instead, he did a lot of research and even called the customer service while there to get a case opened to get our phone unlocked. He was extremely helpful, and I cannot say enough about him. While the bill was the reason we left, Nef will be a reason for coming back in the future, should we do so.

Masen did a fantastic job getting my son and I taken care of. He was able to get both of our phones upgraded quick and easy! I will most definitely be coming back to this location to do business with him!

Set an appointment tech guy review phone said account needed 24 hrs to update .. fine came back 4days later and now I can not update my claim due to tech saying it.was beyond repair in his notes to insurance but when I told him no it was YOU who I delt with he denied being here that day .. seriously? Luckily I have another phone but for those who don't please go elsewhere

If there is a wait. Run! Almost an hour wait to turn in a phone. The poor guy who just wanted to pay his bill had to wait an hour! Missmanaged location and the workers are low value clock punchers who do not care.

A Dream Customer Rep Named Tommy!
Recently i had a Knotty problem with AtnT - i hurried to the local store to prevent a double charge and i met Tommy - Tommy was knowledgeable, Professional, and patient with my Low Tech Status. Tommy had Initiative I had never seen. He called AtnT Central to get the entire problem RESOLVED! It happened with Surgical Precision! Other Reps in the store did not have any initiative except to advise me that nothing would change. So Tommy is the only Rep that will assist me. Thank you Tommy and Thank you AtnT for getting it ALL RESOLVED.
