We received and resolved all our issues at the store on Barnes but customer service was HORRIBLE. Joe'L was rude, sarcastic, and totally impatient. My husband and I went in to upgrade our watches & phones. We have had AT&T for years and we were excited to be able to get new devices and continue our service with y'all. But his customer service has me questioning if I want to continue giving y'all my money.

Visited the San Marcos store hoping to find a sale that would enable me to upgrade iPhone."Ben", Retail Sales Consultant, immediately offered his assistance. Ben was very knowledgeable, patient and extremely kind. He answered all our questions and helped me make an informed choice. Once a new phone was selected Ben made all necessary accessories available for the choosing.After my purchase Ben graciously transferred information from my old phone onto the new one. That was such a blessing since I am technically iPhone challenged.Ben took time to reviewed some questionable phone operations that have helped me immensely. His personal customer service and help was greatly appreciated.Ben is amazing and definitely a great asset to your AT&T Store.

Great store, helped me out with my problem. I did not like how I was waiting for 15 minutes while a rep just sat there. I got “signed in” and didn’t get helped until multiple people entered the store. Hopefully management fixes this.

My experience was very good. We had been looking to buy 2 new phones yesterday, and it was very hard to find anyone to help us. This gentleman was very patient with us, we were asking questions about everything. They had a lot to choose from. We are happy with our experience.

Joe G. Was absolutely the best. I needed a new iPhone after mine turned off and wouldn't turn on again. He helped me decide which one would be best for me, got me set up with a screen protector, a case, and a charger too. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Thank you!

We met with Joel who helped us explore our next phone purchases in relation to our personal needs.We are currently discussing what we want to do and most definitely meet with Joel, again.He was courteous, patient and very informative. He's trustworthy. :)

First of all I want to thank Mateo for being the best and my favorite rep in that store!! Such great customer service!! Not going to lie when I first got in there I was annoyed with the number of people working ((only 2)) and it was so busy!! I waited and Mateo came to help when it was my turn. He asked me what I was there for helped me!! Talk about going above and beyond for a customer. I tell you he’s the greatest. When I go in there from now on im going to look for him. Thank you so much Mateo!! I hope the store knows how awesome he is!!!!!!

Had no wait time, was instantly helped. The staff member was direct in answering all my questions and even helped me program my phone. They actually try to fix phones here, and if they cannot they will come up with a solution. I love that they have staff that is so dedicated to helping customers.

There was a huge line ( 7 people for walk in, and 3 for scheduled appointments) before we could actually see the representative. We had our appointment but came 1 hour and a half earlier to see if we could be served earlier. Eventually we were served even later than was our appointment time. It was just a busy day, I guess. The representative was very friendly and helpful, though. I have never seen anyone like this. He deserves a bonus, for sure.Like for instance, new case for my new iPhone turned out to be broken (one button didn't work well), he noticed it and honestly told about it, offering to perform an exchange.

The costumer service here was the best I have ever had from an AT&T store. Ben helped me get my phone unblocked. He was on the was on the phone fighting my battle for a total of 6 hours and he never once was frustrated with me. And was very kind but would not take no for an answer when they were bouncing him back and forth in-between departments. I know I wouldn't have gotten my phone back without Ben's help!!

This staff was great compared to the other AT&T. Moni (I'm sorry if I spelt that wrong) was very nice and patient with all our questions. She helped us out with our claim process. Definitely recommend this location.

I went in to see if I was eligible for an upgrade on my phone, but had to wait and be added as a verified user. During this time, I experienced the most patience and understanding from an employee (Moni, I believe). Even further, she clearly directed me and explained my options. She didn't have to, but while my phone was transferring, she chatted with both me and my partner - this stood out to me because she expressed genuine interest rather than treating it as a business transaction. She was awesome, and I'm so glad I chose to come here to get service! Shoutout to her because without her, the experience would not have been as efficient and enjoyable.
