I went to this branch for a Cashier's Check. I got what I needed approved, the clerk was super helpful and friendly, I have no complaints about this place.
Just with banking in general, make sure you have plenty of time before they close, just in case things take a while in front of you in line.

WORST experience ever. I have been trying to close an account for my deceased Aunt who passed in 2019. Every time I come in I get partial or incorrect information. Now I'm sitting in here waiting for an hour and a half because no one seems to know policy and procedures. I can't get out of here fast enough but I'm pretty sure that's not going to be the case. The staff was friendly enough but come in this is RIDICULOUS ? and I'm only giving 1 star because you can't go any lower.

My elderly mother had been nervous about having to go in to the bank to update her account due to the changeover. She decided to call the bank at 4:30pm today and was connected with Lisa, Branch Manager. My mother said Lisa was so very helpful, patient, understanding and went out of her way to take care of updating my mother's account. She was on the phone for an hour. Thank you so very much Lisa!! My mother will sleep better tonight.

I thought BBVA was bad. PNC is even worse. Customer service sucks. I cannot use the app to transfer funds from my account to my landlord who is also a PNC customer.

The friendly customer service here—where they even know my name—makes the drive worth it. I haven’t changed banks even though there isn’t a BBVA in the town we moved to two years ago.
