I had a very unprofessional experience at Bobcat Nails that made me uncomfortable. There was a baby diaper the salon floor while services were being performed, which seemed extremely unhygienic for a place where cleanliness should be a top priority. When I tried to express my concerns to the owner, the language barrier made it impossible to communicate, and they seemed completely unbothered by the situation. This is not the sanitary, professional environment I expect when paying for nail services. I won't be returning and would caution others about the lack of professionalism and hygiene standards at this establishment.

I had a disappointing experience at Bobcat Nails and won't be returning. The salon had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay for the duration of my appointment. More importantly, the quality of work was extremely poor, especially considering the high price I paid. The technician rushed through my service, and the results looked sloppy and unprofessional. For what I spent, I expected much better attention to detail and craftsmanship. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area that offer better quality work at more reasonable prices, and I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been going to Bobcat Nails for a few years now and Linh has always provided great service! She pays attention to details and listens to people. I went as a referral by one of my besties and have never gone elsewhere . I went to get a chrome with white tip for the first time and I am happy with the end results. Linh is simply amazing 🫶

Bobcat Nail and Spa is the PLACE in San Marcos! I have been going to see Linh since 2018. Her service is exceptional from her and her sister. The shellac pedicures are so notable. Long lasting and gets you right! The best salon !!! I also once wanted to match my nails with an outfit for a concert and Linh turned out my nails with a glow in the dark set ombré look! Attention to detail and care is a highly important here! The BEST!
