A woman named Sarah helped me today. She was so helpful. She fixed my issue and offered us a better deal than we had. We tried going to another boost in town and they were no help. So we called this Boost. She was great!

I had an issue with my phone that I thought would be the beginning to a very horrible day till Sarah completely turned my entire day around with making all that was wrong with my phone and accounts reappear with magic fingers thank you so much for all that you do it is greatly appreciated!!!!!

If i could give a negative review it would be done. This lady that works in the store believe her name is Sarah needs to be fired!!!!! 1 of the rudest customer service reps I've ever encountered!! Boost is loosing customs over this woman. She's apparently not fit to deal with customers!

Ms. Sarah is amazing & so helpful. She is the reason I come to boost and stay with boostmobile. I have spoke with other customers and she's the reason why we come back. She works alone and gets everything and everyone taken care of. Thank you Sarah.

Sarah is very rude and unprofessional. She lacks customer service and should not be working with the public. She doesn't know how to speak to customers. Will be switching sevice in the next 9 days as this not my first encounter with her.

Store hours are until 7pm on the door and 7:30pm online however when I arrived they had the door locked. I understand it was 6:40pm close to closing however the open sign and lights were on. Very disappointed

I made a payment for a friend and told them not to keep my credit card Information. Now they charged me again and won't refund me. Also, they won't erase my card Information from their system. Bad company doing bad business. Never use Boost mobile

The lady working there has no customer service she always looks like she's in pain and she doesn't smileI paid for a turbo charger so she said and it wasn't a turbo charger and the box part stopped working in 1 week it stayed in one spot the whole time then the following week my phone stopped working so I went to get a phone and was giving no options on up-grade phonesI had to pay over 100 for a phone come to find out the box to the cord wasn't in my phone boxLike what the hell is going on

The lady that works there at Boostmobile by the name of Sara is very rude and has the most sorriest customer service ever. Everytime I go into the store. She is on her personal phone talking everytime. She never smiles or greets you when walk through the door. Because she is too busy on her phone like I said when she should be working.
