Was super excited to find cafe de olla in the area. Was not super excited to pay $5.50 for a tiny cup served by a child who could barely make eye contact. I should have made it at home and brought it with me. Thankfully I had a card the girl told the group in front of me that she didn't have

My absolute go to spot for coffee!!! The owner, atmosphere, vibes, and coffee all culminate to make an amazing experience. I recommend Cafe Azteca to anyone and everyone I come across because of the magical and traditional recipes this places serves up. The owner is very welcoming and truly shines in sharing his passion for coffee and making others smile.

Wow! Stop what you’re doing right now and go get a Mazapan Latte from this sweet little coffee nook! Nestled in the heart of a building I’d walked past a million times and never gone in, this gem is so worth a visit. Other reviews raved about the Mexican Vanilla latte, but I couldn’t help myself from trying the latte named for the sweet peanut Mexican candy that is crumbled into it. DELICIOUS! And the local woman running the operation—I would go back just to sit and chat with her for a while. So friendly, welcoming and what a barista! Thank you for making my morning. I’ll definitely be back.

This was a bit hard to find, as you have to enter a building into an area with shops, etc. but not too big of a deal. The two baristas were friendly and capable. We were the only ones there, so service was quick.I decided to try something new to me, called a Horchata, made with cinnamon. It was delicious, but became too sweet as I continued drinking it; like drinking a pastry. Maybe if I had an extra espresso shot added, it might have toned down the sweetness a bit. My husband got a Mexican Vanilla Latte and thought the Mexican vanilla made the drink very smooth, but toned down the flavor of the espresso to the point of tasting very weak. Again, an extra shot in his probably would have helped.Good prices, especially given the location near the Riverwalk and easy walking distance to the Alamo.

What a wonderful surprise. I'm always searching for a stand alone Cafe to get my coffee fix. This place is clean, quiet & offers some interesting choices we had never had. Owner/Manager was happy to explain the different drink choices. Great place to support a Local owned coffee shop. Break your normal routine & try something different. Be Adventurous ?

They have really good drinks here. I recommend getting a large margarita but make sure you're not planning on driving afterwards.

If you are in San Antonio, you must visit this place. Everything was absolutely delicious. We were here for the weekend and ate here every day. Their best was the tequila almond croissant and the avocado toast. Coffee was very good too.

Cheap espresso maker. Not good. Very limited breakfast selections. Asked for a mocha and got a cappuccino.
