Recently, I've entrusted two different Caliber Collision locations for repairs in two different cities, one here in Houston, and the other in San Marcos for my daughter's vehicle. Both entities have below average work results. The quality review is non existing at this named Brand. I should've reused the company(Collision King) in which I had excellent results from in the past.
My daughter has taken her vehicle to this place twice for two different incidents. Delivery on the first repair delivery, the driver’s side rear wheel was different than the other original three wheels with a lighter color blend. On a second incident, there are deficiencies with the overall repair with uneven gaps at the trunk closure and the inside trim is displaced at the passenger side rear window. On top of that, now the other three original wheels have been switched out or altered into a light color blend from the original dark color blend set of wheels. I thought a repair place was supposed to restore the car, and not alter the appearance from the original version. Surely there is no one there qualified enough to validate the repair. I’m very disappointed with the service as my daughter is in this city attending college and can’t depend on getting a quality service from vendors.

great customer service! Ladys up front were super nice and knowledgeable. They also went out of their way to get my car checked out quick so I wouldn't miss my job interview. They had my car fixed weeks quicker than I had thought and kept me informed on each step of the process. My car looks like nothing ever happened and they even washed, vacuumed and wiped down the interior before giving it back. They even made getting a rental easy by contacting enterprise for me when I was ready for a lift and even had the option to return the rental at their location to make pick up even easier. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend them

Saw a couple of reviews that had a low rating, was skeptical and thought I’d give this establishment benefit of the doubt.Well the complaints were similar in my experience. Not only did this place try and down play my concerns and complaints of the body work not being done correctly, but still had the same issues. Both employee and manager tried to say that the roof will have play and it’s normal, manager wanted to get a car like mine to do comparison. Doubting me as the customer on how my car was previously made me feel like my word was being exaggerated. Secondly the interior of my car was filthy and non functional. The back was filthy and dirty the driver side seatbelt was not working and wouldn’t retract, which was a new issue they created on their own. Again manager would dismiss me concerns and said worries we’ll get it cleaned. Which in the first place shouldn’t be left like this and no apologies were given. When the roof was supposedly fixed went to pick up and the right side of roof was not fixed again. Was told by workers that manager would call back on how to handle the situation and fix the situation. Nothing till this day. No call back, nothing. Will not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning.
