Horrible experience, all of our stuff was ruined. Water damage to our entire unit, they told us there was nothing they could do about it. Had to throw out the entire storage unit. When we went to move everything out and noticed that our stuff was soaked and moldy, they asked us to”why we hadn’t said anything before”. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your money here. Paid over $2,000 for all of our stuff to be ruined.

I just rented my storage. So far so good. The process was easy, I’m very satisfied thus far. Very resonable prices.

Staff is friendly. Although it looks kinda dicey, I've never had flooding. They will jack your rent up about month 2 of being there and I've had it jacked up 3 times more in 2 years. Be prepared for that.

I have stored my furniture for seven months so far and have several boxes ruined from rain damage. Leaking roof. Price is cheap but damage and they do not insure your furniture.

The rental agreement a was smooth process. Unfortunately they did need my social security number which I questioned but they assured me they follow all necessary protocol when handling sensitive information. The lanes are a little tight but there are plenty of them to maneuver around them.
