HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CHAMPION LOCATED AT THE OUTLETS IN SAN MARCOS. THIS “MANAGER” WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AND MY FAMILY AND KICKED US OUT BECAUSE WE WANTED TO BUY 5 JACKETS. SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER AND COULD PUT HER OWN “RESTRICTIONS”. SHE DOES NOT DESERVE WORK THERE OR ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS IS HER, I REALLY HOPE CHAMPION SEES THIS AND ADDRESSES HER BECAUSE SHE MADE US FEEL HORRIBLE BEING THERE AT THE STORE

WOOO THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT HAPPENED IN MY LIFE I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT RACISM STILL EXISTS TODAY... I WAS SHOPPING IN THE STORE AND I WAS ON A CALL WITH SOMEONE AND I ONLY HEARED THAT A PERSON WAS ANSWERING THE CUSTOMERS VERY BADLY BUT I DIDN'T PAY MUCH ATTENTION ..I TRIED TO USE A PRONATOR AND I WAS POLICY AND ASKED FOR A FITTING ROOM AND THE STORE MANAGER YELLED AT ME YOU ONLY HAVE 5 MINUTES I LET THAT HAPPEN AND WHEN I CAME INTO THE FITTING ROOM SHE SLAPPED THE DOOR SO HARD THAT EVERYONE TURNED AND TURNED AND I TOLD HER I WANTED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER OF THE STORE, WHAT A DESPOT PERSON.. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THOSE PEOPLE WHO WORK WITHOUT BEING HAPPY.. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CAREFUL WITH THE PEOPLE THEY PUT IN CHARGE OF THIS STORE.. A DISGUSTING PERSON .. POOR UNHAPPY PERSON

Great outlet mall! I have bought much clothing and a briefcase from multiple stores in this outlet mall. The prices for the items are comparable to Amazon pricing.
