“Visited during Memorial Weekend and was delighted to find out everything was 50% off! The staff explained that the outlet doesn’t necessarily always have more/different discounts than a regular store, but the difference comes into play regarding the variety of clothing offered. Anywho, had a great experience shopping way more than I should have ? The staff was friendly and the store was very organized. PSA: bathrooms are located outside the store and to the right (not in the store).”

“This may have been the closest to a private shopping event I've ever experience. Kayla (her card is at home if I didn't remember the name correctly, but the manager) helped us initially, but over time almost every employee checked in and helped. They checked in the back for sizes not displayed several times, and made sure my wife got everything she wanted, and probably some things she didn't know she wanted. They were also running a promo, so we wound up saving 35%, making their good deals absolutely great deals. My wife said she "felt like a million bucks" as she wore her new shoes and one of those heavily patterned Medusa shirts, but I doubt the two items wound up being of $900 combined!”
“I absolutely love Zumiez, just not the prices. This is the only skate shop or resemblance of a skate shop in the San Marcos area. Got my first custom skateboard here and got help from the worker who put it together for me! So kind and friendly couldn’t be more grateful for the help since I didn’t have any tools myself to put it together. helped me from start to finish and walked out with the best skateboard ever!!!!!!”
“Shout out to Melissa. I worked here through college and was dealing with a lot at home. I was trying to help a customer and had to call the Tanger side regarding inventory. The lady on the other end was so rude and I tried not to get upset about it but sometimes we all just have a bad day. Stockroom manager Melissa found out, called them back chewed them out and stood up for me. I never forgot about that, though it's been some years. Appreciate you Melissa. You too Bonnie. You were both good and kind to me when I was struggling.

“The store is one of my favorites. There is actually one location on each side of the outlet. The store was clean and tidy. The associates were very polite. I always find everything I'm looking for in my size. The clothes are good quality and last a long time. When I made my purchase I was able to get an additional discount by signing up with my email.”

I left my bag in another shop and returned home hours away. He was so kind, helping me retrace my steps in attempts to find it. Even going so far as to hunt for the items for me to purchase in replacement. His efforts made all the difference, and I was able to locate and begin the retrieval process.
