To avoid a line, planning is advised. The optimal time is Monday through Thursday between 10 and 12, when there is hardly anyone there. Going early any day of the week typically means expecting a line. The location can seem not organized. Getting an appointment online is described as very easy.
A common complaint noted is not with this specific location but with CPL overall regarding billing. Patients report receiving multiple small invoices that cannot be paid all at once, even when calling customer service or using the pay portal. It is also clarified that lab results only show on the CPL portal if a patient's doctor approves it.

Little poke... they were super fast and proficient. Going to give labs isn't fun but our phlebotomist made it fast and painless
