Eddie was so helpful, friendly and efficient setting up my mom’s phone so that it wasn’t burning through data when she wasn’t aware that it was.
It is a rare delight to encounter a young man with such a good attitude and demonstrating competence. I would hire Eddie in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Eddy was so helpful and nice when we came in for assistance with my father's phone! My sister and I couldn't figure out how to turn off the "Talk Back" feature and Eddy instantly knew what was going on and fixed it with a few clicks!

I switched from AT&T my bill was 120 a month with cricket it was cut way down. I was paying my son's cricket bill to. I did the math instead of paying 180 a month for mine and his phone. I now pay 80 and the internet never lags I have had no lags or slow downs like I did with AT&T. I bought a iPhone that my son convinced me of and today I am going to the cricket store to see of they can transfer my stuff from this phone to the new iPhone.
