This store is never open until the listed time. I have reached out to the store manager Robert D. twice now with no response. My 6yr old needed meds and a covid test and I wouldnt have wasted my time at CVS but we where passing by it at 10:38 so we pulled in and the doors where locked. I called and the clerk said they lock the doors 20 min early nightly for cleaning duties. Told her they may want to update the hours so people don't waste time going to CVS. At least Walgreens and Walmart stay open until the posted time they have on Google. Not good business CVS.

Extremely rude pharmacist and technician. I have had my medication filled at various CVS's in the past three years and never have I received such poor customer service as I received at this one. From inaccurate/confusing information from a technician over the phone to dealing with the pharmacist who I overheard whispering to his technician that he "doesn't know what that woman is talking about" referring to me speaking with the technician earlier and the technician having a bad attitude. When I told the pharmacist I could hear what he was saying about me he proceeded to grab an attitude, and cut me off at my sentences while explaining the phone call. Most of this was over me disputing the price of my medication after talking to my Insurance company after being told over the phone the wrong name for my prescription.

Called at 11:00 am was told the medication would be ready at 1:00PM it’s now 2:00PM they are just mixing it! Find another Pharmacy!

Products are not in logical places in the pharmacy. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was urine all over the inside and outside of the bowl and seat. No toilet paper, no handsoap and no seat covers, as well as no hand towels. The floor looked like it has never been cleaned and the bathroom smelled like foul urine. The whole store looked very subpar vs. Many other CVSs I've been to around Texas.

They don’t care that a drop off takes 5 minutes but they will make you wait behind 4 other cars picking up.

This review isn't for the business in general, just one employee in particular. I was coming from Austin to the area & wanted to know if the store carried my particular brand/shade of hair dye before I drove the 40 miles & after I finally got through the automated message & to an actual associate, I started asking if there was an associate available that could check if the product was in stock for me before I drove all the way there. I got hung up on mid-sentence. I called back, asked again very politely. The associate's response was: "We have what's on the shelf". I said "I understand that, but I'd like to know if someone could check for this particular shade for me so I know if you carry it." I was put on hold while she "looked for someone" (not sure why she couldn't check for me herself as I have never a day in my life seen this CVS busy), but she came back saying "no one can check for you, you can look on our app". Yes thank you, because downloading an app & searching for a product that may or may not be current & up to date is exactly what I want to do while I'm driving on the highway. Seriously annoyed at being polite to a sales associate that couldn't be bothered to walk 10 feet to the hair aisle to answer a simple question. Definitely won't be coming here again.
