Horrible customer service. Their main system was down and I had to check out via self service. After someone tried to help me and several card swipes later I was assured that my card wasn’t charged the extra times since it never gave me a receipt. I received my statement and it was charged 4 extra times. After calling their manager I was told they couldn’t do anything about it even though I could prove date, time, and amount charged. I wouldn’t recommend using this store or speaking to their manager since he is only there one day and didn’t want to handle this situation.

I went to deposit money into my capital one account and the employee didn't seem interested in helping. I asked if I could be helped and he says we aren't taking cash right now and walks away. I wasn't even making a purchase I needed 0 change. He didn't even ask what I needed help with simply walked away with minimum customer interaction. I was honestly caught by surprise and had to travel to Seguin. Word of caution this location is hit or miss I've never had this experience at any other CVS.

Since my very bad experience at this CVS, I have been back twice. Have received great service from the CSR at the counter. Thank you for doing an awesome job. Being patient and helpful. Btw, just wanted to point out to the store management that you have perfume sets at a cost of 60 dollars that are being stolen. We took a look at the sets and the perfume was missing. Maybe consider locking those items up or placing behind the counter where you have the perfume. I mean if your concerned about retail theft. Just sayin...

Every time I try to use CVS out of convenience, it turns into a major inconvenience.
Something always goes wrong. Something is always delayed. Something is not in stock.
I don’t get calls back. I’m not updated. It didn’t used to be this way but now it’s awful.

I called twice today for my prescription to be filled and they said it would be done at this and that time. I call the third time at the time it would be ready, Nadine (manager) (she said she was) was very rude, told me she can’t promise me anything and she is only going to do what she can do. Mind you I do not live in San Marcos. I’ve made two trips!!!! She is by far the rudest person I’ve EVER encountered at a pharmacy! I will not take my business there again, and I will pass the word!

The pharmacy at this location is not good. I don't understand how many of the employees working in the pharmacy get hired with those attitudes 🤷♀️

Went to get some over the counter that the doctor told me they would have it there . I stood in front and the pharmacist nor the tech helped me. Too bad I will never go in there again. HEB for me….

I too hate that you can't communicate with the pharmacy directly and have to leave a message & wait for a call back at THEIR convenience. Additionally going into the store is a nightmare. There is seldom anyone to help and self check out apparently is greatly encouraged because there is no CVS representatives there. God forbid if you have a problem at the self check out and an associate physically has to come and help. They come out from parts unknown with a bothered attitude. I also would like to print some photos but their machine has needed ink and paper for several weeks and no one seems to care or follow up. Very poorly run store.

Thursday, October 24th receive a message to my phone my prescription may be picked up.
Friday, October 25th drive to CVS get informed the prescription is not ready for pick up however will be in the next 30 minutes, I respond I would back that same day or the next day.
Saturday, October 26th I drive to CVS, stop at the Drive Through and wait and wait and wait. I look through the window and count 10 Pharmacy Team Members working, 3 of them were standing in front the Drive Through window looking at a clipboard and laughing. I look at the clock and I have been there 10 minutes and not one of the 10 have come to help me with my prescription. I placed my truck in drive, called my doctor and changed my prescription to Walgreens Pharmacy.
Sunday, October 27th I drive to Walgreens Pharmacy as soon as I arrive I am greeted, attended to and helped with a few simple questions.
The most effective method to impact any establishment is to stop all money transactions with them. CVS should close this location.

The people are nice, but they've stopped answering the phone at the pharmacy as a corporate policy. They try to funnel you through their app, but the app barely works and takes 24 hours to update with any changes. I'm sad that I have to change pharmacies, but I just can't go in person every time I have to communicate with them.
