The staff are respectful and helpful, but their business model needs improvement. One hour wait in the drive-thru line is excessive! I want to change pharmacies so badly, but insurance requires CVS. Go elsewhere if you can!

2.5 I stopped in here for a drink. I didn't have any issues and used self check out. Parking was easy and there was no wait for the check out either.

I showed up at 8:35pm to pay for my antibiotics because I have strep throat and the doors were locked?! Yet online it states that this CVS closes at 11pm!!!!! I called the pharmacy at 7pm to verify that the prescription was ready, the guy even gave me the price. If your store specifically closes at 8pm, then it would be a wise business decision to post it. Any and every where.

I’ve been shopping at this location for over 10 years. I buy a lot of products here :-) go into buy allergy medicine and next thing you know you have tons of TINY items in your little basket: reading glasses or eyeliner, hair clips…. The last two or three times I’ve been I couldn’t find any of a little handheld shopping baskets. And yesterday some new looking manager was standing there and asked me if I needed anything and I told him I was looking for a basket, he matter-of-factlly replied “Oh they’re all gone, either been lost or stolen. You can use a big basket you know that’s all we have”He basically implied like from now until forever. They will never have a carry-tote again. So I tried to use a basket and my lipstick and eyeliner fell through it as I suspected it would. Have a tendency to spend a lot more in here then I came in for. But not if I have to carry it all in my hands that’s silly. Put a security tag on the basket so I can’t be stolen and buy new ones. Thank you for attending my Ted talk on how to sell more than lipstick.?

I normally have nothing but the utmost respect for anybody in the medical community Including Pharmacists However the pharmacy staff here at this CVS is absolutely terrible. Very bad attitudes. Have given my partner very tough times every single time she has went in. Not helpful at all. The lead pharmacist there, I don't know her name. I wish I did know to hold her accountable, she had like an Irish accent but that's not the point. The point is she especially is terrible. If people like these people here want to continue to have a bad attitude then they shouldn't be in this line of work. Very very disgraceful

The staff that’s there is friendly, but they’re chronically understaffed and closed at random times of the day. Always a long wait. They actually hung up on me once when they were getting ready to close in the middle of the business day. It’s clearly a management issue. I’ll be switching pharmacies.

CVS is a great stop for a quick shopping trip. They have a good inventory of personal and home needs.

This is our go to pharmacy. It's location is convenient. Prescriptions are usually available on time. Both pharmacy and store staff are helpful.

We were redirected there use the self checkout, there were two employees at the register and they said to use self checkout. We had an issue with our register that one of the enojes had to come repeatedly to fix the problem. We were there a lot longer than needed to be, if they just used the regular registers. Very frustrating ?

The store only has self check out. There is not an option for a normal checkout line. Please invest in people and not machines. I will not be going back to this store.

***Update*** They are not hanging up on purpose, if all the lines are full with other callers past a certain number, the system gets overloaded and cannot answer the phone so it just disconnects. It's annoying but not nefarious. All the staff I spoke to (when I finally got through by calling the front-end and having them transfer me to pharmacy) were very nice and helpful. **OLD REVIEW** This CVS is impossible to get on the phone. They absolutely refuse to answer. You will hear someone pick up the phone, but a second later you'll just hear the phone click.

I like our CVS, but please bring cashiers back because the self checkout is a nuisance. It feels like CVS didn't care about their customers anymore.
