This place is beyond horrible. The floors, toilet, tub, sheets, mirrors: EVERYTHING was dirty. We had to get another room. Which was also dirty. There were roaches crawling on the bed. And why haven't this place been shut down yet. I know there are regulations for hotels.

I book this hotel on 7/8/2025 I didn’t even stay for 10 minutes the room smell awful all dirty and dirty mirrors smell a lot like cigarettes! Burn bed sheets . I told the guy for a refund he said that I would of received it in my debit card and I still haven’t also he didn’t gave me no receipt and he didn’t send no email for the cancellation of the hotel !

Dirty mattress, horrible stench, sheets dont even fit the bed properly. Floor is dirty. No iron, no blow dryer. They didn't even give us a microwave, and when they did that one didn't work. My husband had to carry the heavy microwave down and get a new one. Stingy with towels, and also the towels don't look the cleanest and they are kinda crunchy. Also asked about the pool at least 7 times over the week here and 2 or 3 times in one hour just to unlock the door. Also beware and lock your doors.... The dude came in and peeked in at 11pm and then went the other way down the hall. Saying they were checking if the rooms were vacant. Just over all not clean and very disappointing.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I had booked 2 nights through Expedia. There was literally a homeless person looking inside through the window in our room. When I got to my room I was shook. It smelled horrible in there like cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room. The beds were horrible, were not even neatly done. And a lot of different parts in the room were broken, like the light, ac, wall. I requested another option and they gave us a 2nd room and it was equally as horrific. I requested a refund and I had to call the police. They said I was going to get a refund and then after almost a month Expedia says that they denied my refund. Just look somewhere else. WE HAVE ASTHMA AND GOT SICK FROM HOW NASTY AND CIGARETTES SMELLING IT WAS THERE.

No working appliances, beds were supposed 2b Queen. Checked in & paid first beds were full size very uncomfortable night cramed in with my wife. Not pleased.

As of today we where told refund has not been processed. The one answering the phone had informed that he not able to do the refund or know how. That the manager is only allowed to do it. So we keep asking for the manager and says he a busy guy. Now he wont even speak to us & thinks it's a joke. At this point might as well consider it theft since he just laughing about it. This man's name Sdurgi.

Booked a room for graduation weekend. Canceled on the spot, rooms where dirty, beds weren't done properly. Mold on ac unit. It's been a week since was refunded & nothing yet. Keep getting the 3-5days wait. Which, today the payment went from pending to charged. No management on site at all. So I recommended NOT to book at this hotel.

I knew I was in trouble when the hotel personnel only opened the locked door after looking me over. The photo of this hotel is at least 30 years out of date. The bed was lumpy, and the pillows were awful. The room was shabby, and the sheets smelled of cigarette smoke (I had a non-smoking room).
I knew I could not get my money back because the customer before me asked for a refund due to the shabbiness of the hotel room and was refused.
However, the worst thing was the vagrants who sat next to Pluckers Wing Bar and watched the people who came to stay at the hotel. I did not know what to do, so I wrote a letter to my children that if I were assaulted or worse, they were to sue Econo-Lodge and Choice Hotel Group. A hotel has a responsibility to provide a safe environment for all lodgers.

ABSOLUTLY DO NOT STAY HERE!!! When we arrived at 4pm and our room was not ready (check in is at 3pm) and we were told that the cleaning lady is working on it and i stated we had somewhere to be at 5pm so he said that we could put our bags in the room.. when i approached the room, the door was wide open, no one in the room, beds were not made up, all the bedding was on the floor and there were 1/2 cups of McDonald cups everywhere! the bathroom was a mess! i went down and asked for a different room and he didn't want to give me one at first stating the cleaning lady is on the way, after he just said the cleaning lady was cleaning the room. i requested that he give us another room and he did but the key cards did not work, i went back down to talk wit him and he came back up with us and opened the door manually with a key. he took my key cards and said ill be back.. he never returned and we had somewhere to be at 5pm so i went back down stairs and he said that the maintenance man would fix our door buy the time we returned. we retuned to the room after out event at 11:30pm and the cards still didn't work. i went back down and told him and he said that he would come up and manually open my door with his key. at this point i didn't have a good feeling for safety for my family, so after he let us in the room, it told him we would be back down to request a refund and we would not be staying. all together we spent 20 mins in that room and as i requested a refund, he told me he would note it and he would get with his supervisor as he couldn't approve the transaction. he didn't write anything down so i told him that he needed to get on his computer and make a note in there. if that helped I'm not sure.. he didn't offer any solution or anything to the situation and all this is done through window we were not allowed in the lobby area. Even during the day the lobby isn't open. Every time i went down to speak to him.. he was laying on the sofa with a laptop. the lobby was dirty from what i could see and it was just not a good place at all. i called the Choice privilege number that night after i checked out at midnight as i am a active member ad they opened an investigation on the situation at hand to see about getting me a full refund on my stay. I'm not sure who runs that place but maybe the people that are in charge of the Choice Chain should come down there and have a look.. i strongly believe they would probably clean house of that staff and possibly close that place down!
i wish i had taken photos but i was just so upset and wanted to get me and my family out of there!

staying here for tonight and already have multiple issues. the ac doesnt work so it is hotter inside my room than it is outside which is ridiculous. microwave doesnt work. people at the front desk are rude. i went down to use the microwave in the lobby and they had no cups or napkins. cannot stress enough how incredibly inconvenient this has been and ive only been here for 4 hours. shower handle broke and the sink is broken as well. the bedding is torn up. the towels provided are dirty and look like they were not washed. toilet paper in bathroom are half used. at this point i dont even want to go down to ask the front desk for anything seeing as they have been incompetent. im betting they wont give a refund regardless of the magnitude of problems i have had just in a few hours.

Horrible stay at this hotel .Management was a joke very rude and not helpful.The rooms were horrible there was no cold water microwave was not working .The pool was nasty literally smelled like sewer water .The list could go on .I highly recommend never staying here .Noteworthy details: The only thing that was nice was the maintenance man other than that the hotel and staff were horrible.

The motel is amazing. I dont see why many people come up with bad reviews. But as I see and compare the price in the locality. the place is great match, staffs are amazing, room cleanliness is perfect, modern beds, and everything are amazingly fine.

I stayed here last June. I booked because of the location, but the website said they had microwaves and refridgerators in the room. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Broken photo on the wall with sharp shards of glass still attached to the frame. No microwave. I had a 3 night stay and the room had one towel, one wash cloth, and one hand towel. The door handle to the outside door kept falling off in my hand. At least I could lock the door! When I inquired at the front desk about the microwave, I was told some rooms didn't have them becuase they were replacing them. Manager grudgingly let me in the office to microwave my popcorn. Very transient area. I was frightened to be there alone. Lots of loud music and loitering drinking in the parking lot. Huge holes in the parking lot. This place was gross, terribly run down, and very poor management. This is no bargain. Rooms and service no stars.

Room was incredibly dirty and smelt bad - Toilet wasn't secured, it rocked when you sat on it- blankets and sheets had stains and not cleaned, when turning the sink on, water leaked all over the counter. Individuals staying next to us had loud music on all night. Husband and I couldn't stay the night, we had to leave because of the filth and smell. I do not recommend this hotel at all, we paid $130 and definitely was a very bad choice on our part. Management rude, Please stay somewhere else. Health department should make a visit.

I stay there alot but other times I was satisfied but this time I stayed there I wasn't because they charged me over $200 and the room I was in the TV didn't work the toilet leak. I think they should of gave me half of my money back. But other than that I will stay there again .
