Overall poor customer service.
I shop often at EB and have conducted several returns over the years using my online account. I tried to return in the same manner again, but this time was rejected. The manager had a dismissive attitude about it. Daniel, the cashier did attempt to make good as I could clearly show a transaction - so shoutout to him.
I understand they recently changed return policies and want a paper receipt from now on. I could live with that. But the managers attitude gets this location a 1 star.

Fantastic experience. Showed up a few minutes after open and did not experience the all too similar ‘why are you in here’ look or feel. Extremely friendly staff that took time to check the back stock on an item and helped us attempt to order it. Certainly recommend visiting if you have time.
