I’ve been here about 4 times; 3 times were pretty good because I’m just in and out. I walk in, drop off the package and legit don’t get asked any questions and just get my receipt and leave. Walked in another time and felt like I was asked 21 questions and given a lesson about how delivering packages works. I don’t need a lesson on how the packages end up flipping over I know what happens to packages when they get shipped. Guy got my package and started shaking it and flipping it aggressively which is like alright, didn’t need to do all that. Not sure if he’s new and following a script but wasted 7 minutes of my time.
The package ended up spilling contents everywhere when it got delivered by the way which has not ever happened with my packages so I’m not happy about that

Came in in a hurry and had a big ask, they came through big time. Angelina was a huge help and amazing to work with, extremely patient and helped me get in and out.

Walked in with one page to print. Was asked to email files to the store. While waiting an employee said my one print would cost only a few cents. Then I was charged about $3 because there is an unspoken up-charge when you are helped by a person in the store.
Took my next order online to save money and received an error message. Called and spoke with 2 local employees and then 4 different FedEx departments/workers on the phone. Somehow, 6 FedEx employees and myself could not figured out how I could give them money and get my files printed. Oof!
The problem is clearly with high level management and systems. No hard feelings to the workers but, I will not be coming back.

Just got my Dads Father’s Day gift sent out, the gentleman who was super hot, helped me get my dad’s stuff as quickly and cost effective as possible. Thank FedEx and to the gentlemen who helped me Godbless ya.

I had a great experience shipping computer equipment with FedEx! The staff were knowledgeable and handled everything with care, ensuring my package arrived safely and on time. Very nice, helped me ship my Google fiber device via a QR code; printed the label and taped it up and everything.
The QR code hadn’t worked at the “FedEx at Walgreens” station that the Google fiber people listed as an option. The lady at this location explained that it’s not me losing my mind — the QR code never works at Walgreens and other people have the same issue.

First class customer service! Angelina is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and knows her stuff. Everyone here is very helpful. Of course FedEx is number 1 for shipping but this store handles specialty personal or business needs with ease and very professionally.

I was trying to retrieve a package my dad sent me from home. Keep in mind, I'm a college student, and I needed it for school. (My computer spent a month getting fixed and finally arrived two days before school started.) I went to the FedEx location where my package was dropped off for pickup. The package was under my own name. An employee informed me that my package needed to be signed for by someone at least 21 years old. This is my first year in college, and I moved far from home, hardly knowing anyone, especially someone 21 or older. I left the store and called a friend who is 24. We returned, but I was told he couldn't sign for me because the 21-year-old person had to be at the shipping address. This frustrated me as the employee knew the shipping address was under my name. He instructed me to return with a 21-year-old, and when I did, I was still denied. I found it extremely frustrating that my package, under my name, had to be signed for by a 21-year-old. The employee decided to hold the package, insisting it would be sent back to the sender (my dad, seven states away). This made it incredibly difficult to receive the package I'd been waiting for, especially considering my dad had paid a hundred dollars to ship it right before school started. The worker wanted to send my package back to my house, making my dad spend more money to send it back. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I'll be filing a complaint as soon as I get his name. DO NOT go to this fedex location. I'd advise shipping with another company. I would give this rating 0 stars if I could.

Wes and his team were so friendly and helpful! I had an art project I needed printed at a specific size and they really helped me out and got the job done.
