Asked Estevan to help us with some shoe sizing and he walked right past us - no response. I asked him directly for help and he went on his mic to call for someone but didn’t even care to say anything. This person he called for ignored us when we asked for the shoe size. We then asked someone else for help, same thing - no help. We finally got someone, and he gave us the wrong size. Didn’t know it was hard to pull some shoe sizes in the back. I understand that people have different sections of the store they’re assigned to, but maybe try to TALK. Didn’t know this had to be said for A RETAIL STORE. Will not be coming back.

I called before leaving Lockhart to San Marcos to make sure this Finish Line had my child size she needed because I ordered online and got the worng size. I was told yes on the phone I told him I'm on my way and Thank you so much. Just to get to the store and was told the shoe was sold! THANKS FOR NOTHING!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Worst service I have ever had in my life. The Manager Keyshawn was rude and unprofessional. We sat in line waiting to be cashed out he leaves the register 3 times for the customer in front of us and goes to the back. Another sales person comes to the register and I ask her by chance do you know if he is he coming back to ring us up or are you? She turns around looking puzzled and we see him come back from the back he returns to the register and tells me I need to go to the register in the back.
Not one time while we sat there in his clear view in his line did he tell us to move to another register. when we get to the other register he takes a customer on the same side he told us to leave from . When I question it he tells me I was in the wrong line and I need to read the signs I tell him there was no sign to read because all of them were turned and the sign that was visible told us to go to the end of the line where he moved us from
This would mean the line on the side we were standing on that he himself was taking care of customers. He proceeds to go back and forth with me and I asked for his name and corporate offices number and he tells me he doesn’t know the number. We drove 4 hours to come to this outlet I will never patron this business again $275 spent for customer service such as this is crazy. Finish line needs to do a better job at hiring people with better customer service skills and professionalism
The sad thing is it was evident that his staff who appeared younger than him even realized it was wrong
hopefully his lack of leadership will not rub off on them

ahhhhh I don't remember the name of the young man who helped me with my shoes but he was a little younger and his mom is in the army !! anyway, if you're reading this, thank you for your assistance today (09 Jun) really appreciated the help!!!
