Went in and found 3 pairs of girls Disney sunglasses all with 4.25 yellow stickers. Went to pay for them and it rang up $5. Register employee called for the other and she lied to my face that they weren’t marked down. I refused to pay more for items that were clearly marked lower. Either the employee couldn’t change the price(and didn’t want to admit it) or she wasn’t a manager that should have been there. The register employee took my item away while removing the sticker and never came back while I was still in the store. Will not be going back to that location in San Marcos.

Went for last min Christmas bags and stocking staffers. Staff was friendly and helpful.. it was Christmas eve and they were so kind with questions I had .. love this place for little things I need throughout the year

I went in 10 mins before closing, I literally felt harassed, constantly trying to get me out the store. Turned lights off, yelling across the store if I need help finding anything bc they are closing in 7 mins.. my reply was, I’m jus looking bc I still have 7 mins before 9! I have worked in retail before, and never would I attempt to turn lights off and kick customers out. I also know better and wouldn’t stay pass 9! Then, I had to check myself out!! Horrible customer service horrible experience. It’s horrible that yall allow these lazy young people to run your business down, and trash the store.

Ordered/paid for a headset that said it was in stock and when I drove 20 min to get here the manager says it’s out of stock and didn’t do a thing to help. Couldn’t exchange for another headset or offer a discount or gift card to get a headset that already was in stock. Customer service is trash and empathy is trash and the manager is trash. If I don’t have my
Money back then offer another solution. I ordered this headset to go to work now I can’t work because y’all need new management. Fix it! Wasting people’s gas and taking peoples money but not even offering another solution ? Trash

Great store when things are in stock but bad management. The manager on shift this morning at the store was none too pleased to do a return. Wasn’t helpful when I first arrived either. When a customer explains the situation and you tell them you can’t do anything. Yea they get a bit annoyed since it’s their hard earned money she can’t “do anything about”. Followed by an all around snarky attitude while completing the return and trash talking her employees. Save yourself the attitude and return your things to another store.
