My family received a quote for insurance, paid the initial deposit to start the policy, then were told a week later that if we wanted to keep the policy, it would be an additional $200/month from what we were quoted! When we asked the representative to speak with a manager, we were transferred to someone and the conversation went like this: "Yeah?" , "Hi, I am waiting to speak to a manager.", "Well, that ain't me, so hang up."They have not answered the phone since. Absolute garbage company in my experience.

If someone hits you from behind, they fight tooth and nail to keep from paying a dime. Ridiculous. They are known for their behavior.

Fred Loya insurer had a wreak with my mother; (no fault on my mother)CLAIM # 78-171522 . WOULD NOT-DID NOT PAY MY MOTHER FOR HER RENTAL VEHILE of equal value for what was wreaked. Fred Loya tookadvantage of an elderly women, my mother is out $ 275.74 for her rental veheile and Fred Loya has been called several time from her Insurance company and myself and my mother. Adjuster; Alexander Hernandez said they were not paying it ! Left a message with Alexander's supervisor and still no call back !! I filed a complaint with Better Business BureauMy mother is worst off by paying more for a rental car and it was not her fault. I forwarded Fred Loya the prices and they still will not pay.guess we will follow up with the attorney general !

Very dishonest people my contact was 67 dollars a month after 2 payments they took 115 dollars from my account when i said why they said because i turned 73 years old they didn't tell me about it no tex or email no calls that amount put my account over the limit which i had to pay 25 dollers to the bank stay away from this company
