We started with Wilson insurance co and for over 20 years had no issues. Since they changed over to Germer the customer service has been non existent. I called them in mid January to let them know our business of 35 years was closing its doors. I was assured that the policy was put up for non renewal. In April, I woke up to a large debit from my account for payment on this insurance. I called Germer and he said he would take care of it and call me back that same day. I stopped pmt on the debit as the business was no longer there. Today I get a call from a collection agency demanding the funds saying we were charged for the first month. Called Germer for help and left a message but no return call. Avoid these people!
