Idk who the guy was at the front desk, but was super rude and wouldn’t sell me anything because i didn't sign up for some useless account. Guy was lucky i was in a decent mood cause he was about to get the hammer of god rain down upon him.

After a horrible experience at a (franchise GNC) Jay was so informative and helpful in listening to my wife and my needs and wants. Jay helped guide us to what we needed (not trying to sell us and push us to other supplements we didn't need at the moment) .... now 20 lbs less and motivated we are back. Like before listened to what our goals are and guide us. I strongly recommend going to Jay when you don't know where to start and what to get instead of having others sell you on products you don't need and will end up sitting on your shelf and eventually end up in the trash. Thank you Jay!!!
