Understand you have a waiting system. However looking in the window seeing 3 staff joking around not helping any guests while 4 of us were waiting in the cold, knocking on the window just to ask the wait and nobody even comes over? No way. All four of us made a pact to tell the shorty experience story to a hundred people and never to go to Gucci again until we die. Never have we experienced this at any luxury company. Laughable

Terrible terrible service since their new store , nobody attended me for around 10 minutes , went to someone and asked for what I needed they said they will look for it on the back , 30 minutes waiting there for nothing , just ignored me.

Went in and purchased 2 pairs of shoes and had them sent to Seattle. The sales person Monica that helped me sent an incorrect pair. She had already shared her information with me for future purchases and help. When we received them, I contacted her immediately letting her know about the mistake. She said that we could get the correct pair resent to us. She then went MIA for days and would not respond or help me get this corrected. Ignored my calls and texts and no one at the store will answer. So now we are stuck with the incorrect shoes. TERRIBLE customer service and help. Do not trust Monica to help you with your purchases or the store to do the right thing.

I went in last Friday night to make a quick purchase and Zach was the salesperson who attended to my needs.He was spot on what size my belt needed to be for what I was going to be wearing it for. His demeanor and such great vibe what was made me feel not guilty for rewarding myself with this luxury Gucci belt I purchased. He is such a great person! I waited to be sent a review like he mentioned from Gucci to which I never received, but wanted to make sure the store management knew how great he was there seems to be a shortage of great customer service nowadays and there should be more Zach’s!Please make sure to pass this along to him.

Why is there no direct phone number and no way to speak to anyone at the store? I have been waiting for two days for someone "to call back". I bought a bag Sunday, traveled home, and the strap is missing! I am going to drive three hours back to the store today because no one will return my calls, DM's, or emails! Make sure you check all Bags and open boxes BEFORE you leave the store. Once you are gone, you will never be able to get in touch with anyone!

My wife and I bought two pairs of shoes in the early afternoon, and after shopping around a bit came back for two more. Kimmie helped us professionally and patiently as we're both picky and need great fits. She even gave my wife some pad things (I don't know what they're called) from her own purse so my wife could make sure that the pair she liked would fit perfectly. When we came back later in the day, Kimmie was at lunch but another associated helped us on her behalf while she finished up. Excellent service, and I'll be contacting them for my future needs.

Was one of the best shopping experiences here with sales rep "EJ." She was so kind, knowledgeable of the product in store and in stock, and attentive to our needs and getting us all the items we wanted. We will definitely be back to shop with her.

Wow! Now I drove 3 hours too the outlet because the store stop selling shoes I want. I got ready to check out and they ask for ID. They have never ask for ID. Told guess money no good. Going say it there policy but did not see posted anywhere. Guess I did not need it.

Love this Gucci. Have a decent selection of shoes. Often times they are out of my shoe size 37.5-38 which is a popular shoe size. The associates are always willing to help and friendly. This is one of the more popular high end stores at this outlet so expect a line. They usually limit the number of people allowed inside.

My experience was not good, service is terrible. It seemed like the staff was more interested in talking to each other or being on their phones. I waited 10-15 min to be helped where there was no one in the store and a bunch of sales staff. Finally, the gentlemen at the door came to assist otherwise I would have walked out. The Prada store a few doors down has way better service.

My mom and I quickly stopped by and checked here what's going on during the road trip but this Asian lady sales person was real nice and she knew what I wanted and ended up leaving with the sylvie bag. Absolutely recommend.

Yesterday I observed the middle-aged female staff member stationed at the entrance showed no regard for unaccompanied children leaving the store. This could have resulted in children getting lost.
